Definitely the most fun I've had in a looongggggg time. And ladies, Chris is right. Strength training has made all these moves easier and better...the best thing for an aging body is weights

This was a challenging workout to follow, but it was fun and definitely a fat burner. I’ve lost just four pounds in about three weeks, but I didn’t think I could lose any, since I’m 58. Did this workout by mistake, but so glad I did. Excellent music and whilst moving and grooving I was grinning like a mad one. I made up the moves I had trouble with - one of these days I will learn how to mambo - but kept going. Definitely one I will return to, until I master it.. So much thanks Chris for being you and grinning me through.

I love the music and the moves
I did not want to work out today. I had a major headache (thanks woman power 😒) and no energy. But I saw this workout posted and I was thought "ok. It's only 30 min and I can keep it low impact." And I got ready and started. Then I got so into the fun music and not crazy hard moves and I finished the workout. My headache is, well not gone, but considerably better than when I started, and I am sweaty and feel much better having moved than just having stayed in bed and done nothing. Thank you for being there for me every day - the days I am feeling it and even the days I am not. I appreciate you!
