    I cannot thank you enough Chris. I have entropathic arthritis associated with Ulcer colitis. I used to have days where I had no energy or motivation. I have tried so many different RUclips work outs but yours is by far the best. I found you last year. Your strength routines have helped me get my life back on track. I can now cope with lifting the shopping bags, and even hold my 16 month old granddaughter for longer periods thanks to your motivating work outs. The workout today was incredible, I started off think 🤔 should I …and I’m glad I did. I completed the whole work out with you driving me on. I have better mobility since doing your program.     I’m missing working out with you so much!     I have been using your videos for about a year or more now and just wanted to say how much I love your workouts, your style and sense of humor with your online class participants. You are a great motivator. I started watching the step routines first and, although still at the beginner level, feel that I've learned alot. Love the aerobics workouts with the 80's music!     This was a challenging workout to follow, but it was fun and definitely a fat burner. I’ve lost just four pounds in about three weeks, but I didn’t think I could lose any, since I’m 58. Thanks to your workouts, I’m heading towards a healthier and better looking me. Love it!!! Thanks for providing such effective workouts!!!

    Did this workout by mistake, but so glad I did. Excellent music and whilst moving and grooving I was grinning like a mad one. I made up the moves I had trouble with - one of these days I will learn how to mambo - but kept going. Definitely one I will return to, until I master it.. So much thanks Chris for being you and grinning me through.

    This was "easy" but still sweaty and aerobic. Exercise doesn't always have to be hard. Doing this was what I needed as an afternoon boost. Will do a grueling one tomorrow!!

    I did not want to work out today. I had a major headache (thanks woman power 😒) and no energy. But I saw this workout posted and I was thought "ok. It's only 30 min and I can keep it low impact." And I got ready and started. Then I got so into the fun music and not crazy hard moves and I finished the workout. My headache is, well not gone, but considerably better than when I started, and I am sweaty and feel much better having moved than just having stayed in bed and done nothing. Thank you for being there for me every day - the days I am feeling it and even the days I am not. I appreciate you!

    Another amazing motivational, fun, nostalgic workout - I definitely discovered some hidden muscle memory in these moves!
