That was a lot of fun. Love cardio. I do keep it low but do a few little jumps. I can do ponys and mambos - love them. I have done running man for a couple of steps but I couldn't get my feet right today! Not to worry. Totally loved the music. Also did a neck and shoulder stretch today! Thank you so much. xo
A week of strep and antibiotics knocked me on my can. This is the first one in over a week and I got through it. I'm off to nap now but grinning like a madwoman! Thanks Chris, for reminding me what I'm capable of and putting a huge smile on my face.
