It’s raining here today so I couldn’t walk my dogs like normal so I did this & it was actually over 4,000 steps! Equivalent to a 2 mile dog walk. & my HR was elevated to a cardio level! 2 birds, 1 stone! Thank you!!!
I was dancing around my basement and having so much fun that I forgot I was working out and opened a bottle of wine 🤣🤣. Thanks Chris- all the stress of life was forgotten for a few minutes at least ❤😊

CD 50 - Did you miss me? I missed you! We had a lot of snow too...which led to alot of shovellng....which led to a slip...which led to a dislocated right elbow! Still in a half cast, improvising the arm portion. Totally doable totally 4000 steps. Thank you!
This was fun and a great workout! I loved the light dumbbells added in there too. My arms were really feeling heavy towards the end. I was happy to put them down and do another cardio segment!
So. Much. Fun. I didn’t really feel like doing cardio after I finished a full body weight routine but knew I needed it. You had me SMILING within 10 minutes!!! Thank you!!!

I have never been able to maintain a workout schedule my whole life and now, I have been with you for 3 years - almost every day - and I feel fabulous! You are a treasure! 🇨🇦💕
I finally got the "push-it" move!! My bottom half never wants to comply with my top and I always end up doing some spastic movement, but today, TODAY, I pushed it! (and it was real good 😋) Needless to say, GREAT class and great music that kept me motivated!
This was great fun. I loved it all. 3539 steps, 256 calories. I had to go down to 1 kg dumbbells as the arms were shouting out to stop. Thank you Chris
