- Work your cardio with this 30-minute Tabata Boxing workout. Today, we have easy-to-follow, yet high-intensity boxing moves performed in intervals: 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Modifications for low and high impact exercises will be provided. You'll need light dumbbells, weighing 1-3 pounds, for this workout.

Excellent class! I was sweating, I’m normally at work and do your classes later in the day but I was glad I was off today and got to do it live with you and Audrey! My daughter who is 2 LOVES seeing Louie (in fact we tell her that Louie says she has to eat her breakfast so she’ll be big and strong to exercise with us lol) thank you for providing these great classes, they’ve helped me tremendously after having bariatric surgery and getting back into exercise. ❤
These kickboxing classes literally fly by. I kicked over my trash can in one of kicking segments. Thankfully it wasn't too full. Thanks, Chris & Audree.

Tabata and kickboxing are such a great way to burn lots of calories. I used my 1 lb boxing gloves throughout the workout. I feel like my muscle endurance is getting better. I was able to hold my arm and leg out during the 10 second “rest” periods. Thank you Chris and Audrey for a fantastic workout!

Hey 👋 finally got to do this one..I didn't do the Burpees today cos my arm is still hurting so I blocked as I was doing squats today.plus used my body weight only today 😊
