If I remember correctly my shoulders will be so sore for arm day tomorrow. Also the only song I would consider an oldie would be "Pretty Woman" ,there may have been others of that vintage that I couldn't hear, being at true oldie (73). Thanks Chris

I enjoyed the workout. Very fun. BUT for a true oldie like me who what hoping for good 70's rock n roll, this we "new" music! Please do a playlist with real, good 70's rock! Regardless, I do these videos to watch Chris and sweat and those were right on the mark.
I would love to do that, but,.,....the remixes are AWFUL!! Also, a lot of the 70s rock gets my videos blocked unfortunately

It’s been super crazy for me and sadly have been missing the lives and working out at all the past week and a half! I decided on this to get my butt moving again and am so happy I did! So much fun and it truly is amazing what these workouts do for me mentally as well! I feel so much better! Funny how when we have a lot going on in our lives some of us let go of working out or taking care of ourselves when that is really when we need it most! Really going to try to work on that!
