So glad I did a search and found this-- I thought it was called Dance Your Pants Off when I did the program live so I couldn't find it when I searched to add it to my playlist. This was such a fun workout and I loved almost all of the music, but even the music I didn't care for, I enjoyed the choreography and could follow most of it-- especially with the low impact options! Thanks! Please do more like this!

I did this workout at 5am because my bestie and I had a wine fest to be at this afternoon. Our ride home after many many samples of wine was exactly like this whole workout. Dancing, singing, laughing and having the best time. Imagine my surprise (and my husband’s dismay) when Hold On started playing. What a great cooldown song!

Id like to thank Chris and Amanda for coming to party with me at the after party yesterday evening... what a blast and when I miss the live versions of these workouts I find that it is something to look forward to after work. Going to the gym never used to feel like that! Another great and unique one, thank you ladies. Amanda your antics are a delight!
This was so fun! And yes, I felt residual of lower body from yesterday. Right in the crease where my butt cheek meets my hammie. I think it was the bridge/hammie slider staple move. That was something! I think my saving grace was doing the step class at noon and then a 30 minute mobility class.

OMG, thank you Chris and Amanda for such a fun and entertaining cardio dance workout! It truly felt like a party! Truthfully, I tend to avoid Thursdays' dance workouts because of fear of hopping/jumping moves but I was able to do all of this with little modification and got my heart rate up with the most fun imaginable! I'll never think of Wilson Phillips' song the same again! I'm so glad I stayed for the encore which I did along with you both!!! Thank you both so much!
