I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning but dragged my butt to the basement. This workout format was great! Still babying my right deltoid . I hate that I can’t do the weights I did before but it gives me hope when I see you adjust your weights down for some exercises. Thanks for a great workout.

My arms were done after this workout. I really like the live workouts. My plan is to do as many as possible during the week. Feels like I am in a gym class. This was such a challenge! I loved it even though I definitely had to go down in weight with some exercises. My arms are shoulders felt so pumped after this. I would definitely buy a Get With the Program T-shirt. That was such a great idea!
Phewy!! My arms are still shaking an hour after this workout and I can just about pick up my cup of tea!!. As Chris was saying you really don’t need to go heavy on those weights to feel the benefits, especially with those overhead tricep presses, they were tough but affective 💪💪

Delivery day, but I may be a bit more gentle with lifting anything. Excellent Arm and Shoulder work. really concentrated on getting the moves correct .... Less damaging to my pretty head..

Great arm workout. Regarding the comments about 'my grandma used to do step', well, haters gonna hate! I'm a child of the early 80s and I did step aerobics as my gym class for a year in high school. When I found your channel I knew I had to go back to that as I was already doing weight training but not consistent cardio except for dance. Step challenges my body and my brain and it feels like dancing. Win win win! And I loved 'Get with the program'!

OMGeez!!! I did this in a hotel gym. Lowest weight was 10’s!! Ugh!! Had to improvise for some exercises that I needed lighter weights, but it was aweful and fantastic in all the right ways!!

Whewwww I had to go down in weights today. My upper back is still so sore from the back/leg day this week! Even so, I felt this, especially on those overhead/multidirectional tricep presses! I love this way of working on mobility. Thank you!!
Tricep burnout happened!!! It was the second round I had to drop form 8’s to 5’s and I dropped after only after a few and had to shake my arm out…whew! Then you dropped your arm too! So I didn’t feel so bad😂🤣 and my husband was like “see it’s okay” 🥰 I guess it is good when you work your muscles that hard! Even with those little 5pounders…🤪🤪this is a definite a “save this for arm day”!💪😅
Louis is the best - and so is this class!!! Once I get going with these strength workouts, I get right into it... Just have to remember to do my daily push-ups BEFORE these classes, otherwise it's pretty brutal doing them after...

This one was really challenging but a great you're body workout! I went heavier and dropped down in weight when I was losing form. This workout made me realize how much I have progressed since finding you back in July of 2020. Thanks for bringing on the challenges and keeping us strong and healthy❤❤

Friday, arm day, got this one done, even after reading the comments! Agree a tough one, but felt my muscles working, I put my mind to the muscle! Find it interesting that step is" coming back" and my grandma did step, but with this fitness family it's: Grandma IS doing step, plus lifting weights!!

Arms on fire.....I used to avoid arm workouts as felt so weak, now I love them and slowly getting some definition and less wobble!
