      Almost 65 and started walking in February on a regular basis. Found this today because of rainout. Throughly enjoyed and can feel the muscles working. I did not have a step but still was able to modify to my environment. Thank you ❤

    8:55pm EST Thank you! I haven’t done step since the 80’s and at 57 I’m so slow. This was perfect. I didn’t survive the whole 15 but I also wasn’t put off by it so I’ll keep trying till I build up. Thank you for making it available to try without over complicating it and forcing a sign up. ❤ look forward to more

    Thanks so much for this! The beginner stuff I've been able to find has been too much for my post-covid lung capacity - but this is kicking my butt is the best way possible! Hopefully I'll be able to find more stuff around this BPM because it is perfect for where I'm at right now. 🙌

    I had an aerobics class in high school and she really kicked our butts lol I'm in my 30s now and knew that step aerobics would be a great way to get back in shape after losing weight from eating healthier and this 15 min work out was a great way to ease me back into it!! Thank you so much 🎉

    this is the first stepaerobics I've done since Wii Fit, and holy was that a workout! Wii Fit makes it look so easy! I feel like I'll actually lose weight doing this, thank you! this is also a small enough chunk that I can also do it without my knee or back screaming at me in agonizing pain and actually get a nice enough sweat going to where I feel like I actually accomplished something!!

    I used to do theatre and I always loved doing the choreo because I found it fun and easy to learn. This step aerobics video helped me do step aerobics in a similar style as learning chorea and I appreciate it so much.

I have been away from my step for weeks now, due to an awful viral infection, which affected my whole body and left me completely out of breath and energy, and unable to do anything - even walking was a real struggle. I am now beginning to recover, and have turned to you to help me regain my strength. This video (together with the slow pace and no risers on my step) is absolutely right for me, and it is not too long. Thank you for always being amazing, and I am sure I will soon be back doing my intermediate, faster step, very soon. 🥰xx

    I am so relieved to find someone who does videos at a slower speed. Even the "senior's" videos on other channels are too fast for me. I am working back from a knee injury and a little unsteady on my feet. I trip over the step if I go too fast. This is perfect for me. And a better length for someone coming back to fitness.     I love love LOVE your video. I've been sedentary for too long! I did step aerobics when it first came out in the 1980's and I loved it back then. Your tempo is great not too fast, and your instructions are simple. This will be my "go to" video until I need to step up with more difficulty 👍🏻

    Thank you! Just what I needed! Totally out of shape, at the beginning of my weight loss and get moving journey. Have been walking and moving a lot more. This was my first foray into a workout. I’m very uncoordinated and usually don’t find classes fun because I can’t get it together to do the moves right. This was slow enough for me to follow along, for the most part. I made it through the whole thing, but had to stop for a minute and just kept moving. I’m going to stay on this one until I get it perfectly right. Started with just my lower half, will add in arm movements after I get the bottom half right! lol! I feel confident I will become really good at Step now after this class. Thanks for taking it slow for us beginners!! ❤

    Recovering from head & neck cancer. Well on the way to good health again. Needed a simple and easy way to start off the journey. After rejecting many online stepper video's, saw yours and it was by far the best. Mind you I only managed to do 10 minutes, but it's a start - can only improve. You're a legend.

    I did step in the 80s, so glad to see it’s coming back in fashion. Thanks for your beginner class to get me back into it! We’re all seniors now but still remember the good old days.

    I'm just getting into stepping. This was the perfect length for an absolute beginner (except the one I did yesterday that I almost finished.). What I like most is your clear instructions. I can look down at the platform but still get every step correct just from your cues. Thanks so much!

    I do your basic workouts with my vibration plate. It is such a perfect combo! It is slow enough I can pay attention to my balance and the steps and not get frustrated ❤❤❤

    In a hotel room with a towel as my "step" did this one on 1.25 as a warm up before doing your Dynamic Mobility Flow: Awaken & Rejuvenate.....What a lovely combo platter! And thank you for the tip to change the play back speed as needed. PS would love more 15 min aerobics classes as warm ups for yoga days.

    3rd day, feeling stronger.
    Age:54, I used to be a step aerobic fanatic back in the late 80, early 90's, should have stuck to it, but I didn't prioritize it, I'm paying for that now with beginnings of unhealth. This is helping me ease into it beautifully. Thankful

      This 15 min is not easy for me. I feel defeated but I know I’ll work up to the full 15 min. I can do about 7 min before i fall out! Lol. I was looking for a 10 min workout but there isn’t any. I’m gonna keep trying though 😊

    This is great for beginners, but also a great option if you're coming back from an illness. I just had a bad cold/flu, so I wanted something short and simple to ease myself back into my step routine :)

    I’m finally back to you, Chris, after 8 weeks out of commission with a broken collar bone! I found this slow, simple, short step class to do as my very first exercise on my rehab journey.     Love, love this video. I’m 73 and my doctor wanted to put me on a medication for osteopenia which has the possibility of severe side effects. So I refused. I already walk 5-6 miles a day and do free weights 4days a week. But I was told I needed some higher intensity aerobics. So I bought a step. I tried a couple videos that were specifically for seniors, but they were obviously for seniors who knew what they were doing. This was so simple to follow, I think I’ll do it a few more times and then try some of yours at a faster pace. Thanks, again.
