I come back to this all the time. I still am unable to do certain moves due to Injury but i did this to the best of my ability. I think i like this because of how functional all the moves feel. It is a fave when I want a good upper body but have limited time.
Chris, you are so inspiring! And in reading a lot of the comments, so are many of your followers. Confidence has never been my strong suit. I’m a face goes beet red with any compliment kind of girl. Your words near the end have resonated with me and I’m going to work as hard at remembering them as I do at getting fit. So this summer when I rock a tank top for the first time in many years because of this workout (and others), and someone says “dang girl look at those guns”…I’ll probably still blush so hard you can see me from the moon lol…but I WILL be proud!! And I’ll shout “CDORNERFITNESS BABY!!”😁 Thank you always Chris! ❤

Although I’ve done strength training at the gym, I wasn’t consistent so I really didn’t get as much muscle definition as I do now after following CDorner for three years. Chris’ positive attitude, her ability to explain how to do moves correctly and keep it fun, has me coming back week after week and I love and appreciate that! As she says in this workout, be confident in yourself and the hard work it took you to get there, and I do!

I was following your weights and this was gruelling. I dropped to lighter weights the last three rounds and ahhhhh-- still working but the sensations became pleasant in a weird way. Maybe I shouldn't push myself so hard and enjoy the workouts more.... At least on some days!!

This was an excellent way to get back into some arm strengthening! 20 minutes might seem not not long, but even at this pace, it was tough....
Loved this workout! I needed a short arm workout today. I was able to increase some of my weights after the first round. 😊
