    All I can think when I watch these old videos is how proud your mom must have ben watching you. I have a kid, and I can imagine feeling his success one day, gutturally, if he ever achieves a dream. I know you must think about her every day and you are so fortunate to have such a wonder MIL. Anyway, thank you for allowing us into your personal life a tiny bit, in addition to giving us this gift of health and strength. Oh yeah, good class. :D

    This had the sweat pouring off me! So glad to be back with kickboxing as very little pain in hip now. Did this after doing an FTP test on the wattbike as well ( 1.53 watt per kilo so will see how that differs in 2 months time) as decided to go on health kick as well. Will try a step workout for the first time in a while layer in the week. But your kickboxing and step workouts are awesome!

    Would u consider doing a stability ball workout or a kettle bell workout paired with a step as a cardio piece?
