I did this workout again today because I kind of sprained my right pelvis skiing several weeks ago, and I am trying to start working my way back into working out. Felt great to get some burn in my glutes and get my heart pumping a bit. Thanks again, Chris!
Loved loved loved that one. No equipment but ooh-wee! Pistol squats and balance from the get go; the cross legged stand up, all awesome moves. Legs are happily humming right now.

Man, this class showed the deficiencies I have in my legs and hips. Now I have to figure out how often I can do this class or type of class to build up the strength. I'll have to find some more but make it like my own PT schedule. This is being saved to do over and over again.
