    What a smokin workout! I can feel it everywhere. I may have sworn loudly a few times, at which point my husband came down to see if I was ok. He saw what we were doing and said “wow. I’d swear too!” Thank you for this and everything else you do

    I loved the way you mixed it up with the bands and the dumbbells in this workout💗. My arms are going to be sore because of you otherwise I really enjoyed this workout🤪🤣🤪. My 9 year old son was cracking up at the end of this workout too 🤣. Thanks for always making me smile and for an awesome workout!

    This was a great workout for me on many levels. As for being old, you are right on, Chris!! We are as old as we think!! I, personally, want to be following your channel when I am 77, just like I am doing at 67! “Otherwise", life is great today!! On to your thigh workout…..❤️

    This was a great, efficient workout. I love how using the bands with the weights brings on that extra burn and resistance. Give it a try. Otherwise, you're missing out on feeling good and having a few laughs with Chris. Who is, otherwise, an awesome instructor! . 😊

    Those little bands make a big difference! I had to get Jim his own set of bands, otherwise I’d get stuck using all the hard bands all the time🤣

    So happy I did this workout. Otherwise, I'd be too sedentary. Thank you for all you do for us Chris! I'm working on getting consistent with your workouts again now that my chemo is done and I just get immunotherapy. I feel great and have missed everyone....especially you and your family💙💙

    Love these express workouts for when I’m short on time and this one was excellent! I had to get up early and workout before the live today so this one from Monday was perfect! The live workout schedule doesn’t always jive exactly with what I have going on in my personal life…but otherwise your channel is amazing! 😂

    So excited i was able to lift up to 10lbs on my sprained arm. This injury is a month old…but i do not cry I modify. I get a little better everyday…then it is a little worse before it gets better again! This was a great quickie! 😊 ❤

    So this was a deceptively difficult workout (in a good way)! Can "choose your own adventure": bands, dumbbells, oh my! Let's be responsible adults & move our bodies, Otherwise we'll miss out on FUN. Thanks, Chris ❤

    I live in Canada where it snows a lot. And I’m 65 and because of the advice you give doing weights , strength, plus step I am able to help my husband shovel snow with no trouble at all ( as matter fact I don’t get tired like he does). Lololo ok maybe that’s push it a bit but I can keep up and shovel snow like the best of them!

    That workout was so good. I went heavier than normal and my arms are screaming. Loved the creative moves with bands and weights. I added a low impact quick cardio worked to cool me down!

    I did the leg workout followed by this sneaky arm workout. I am kinda tired today and promised myself I would stop the second workout if I needed to, but if flew by. You were motivating and entertaining, as always. Otherwise, this was fantastic.😂Thank you Chris!

    As always, loved the use/addition of bands! Always a favorite. And to echo what others have said, it's so helpful when you say what weight you'll be using since it helps me judge what I can likely do. Lots of fun today, thank you!

    In the past I’ve always dreaded using the bands but since working out with you on a regular basis I’ve learned how helpful they are. I especially like them when doing the skull crushers as they really make me keep my arms from spreading wider than they should be in this move. Thanks!
