I live in Canada where it snows a lot. And I’m 65 and because of the advice you give doing weights , strength, plus step I am able to help my husband shovel snow with no trouble at all ( as matter fact I don’t get tired like he does). Lololo ok maybe that’s push it a bit but I can keep up and shovel snow like the best of them!
That workout was so good. I went heavier than normal and my arms are screaming. Loved the creative moves with bands and weights. I added a low impact quick cardio worked to cool me down!

In the past I’ve always dreaded using the bands but since working out with you on a regular basis I’ve learned how helpful they are. I especially like them when doing the skull crushers as they really make me keep my arms from spreading wider than they should be in this move. Thanks!
My lighter mini band broke so I had to use the heavier one and it was tough but otherwise I loved the workout. I ordered from Chris' amazon store a new set. Thanks Chris!
