    Love love pocket workouts like this that I can do anywhere anytime! I had 30 minutes to kill while my daughter was at band so I did this in the school parking lot 😂😅 no excuses!! Thanks for an amazing workout, Chris and Amanda!!

      Wait I already did this? I did it again, seemed new. I wanted to stop so many times but Amanda's complainig got me through. Yes, she is definitely the highlight of this particular workout.

    Today was my 1st LOWER BODY work out that was NOT step! Silly to think 20 min would have been EASY!!!! My legs are burning. Couldn't finish all your moves but I came and made the effort and I feel good about that. Now I'm off to get my temporary crown that fell off last night replaced. Thanks for posting quick workouts for those of us who don't always have the time to do a longer one! You have so many options and I'm so grateful for that. LOVE YOU!

    Thanks for a great challenging low body workout Chris! I wish I had 1/2 of bouncy’s energy 😊 always love having Amanda in the house. The glute / balance moves at the end were brutal, but so worth it. Looking forward to the next workout

    This was good to have no weights today for legs. Needing to strengthen the leg muscles, tighten them up before going heavy again. Back better but still some old issues in the hips that need to get worked on. Thanks for this one. Finally nice to work out in the garage again.

    Was looking for a quick workout before I have to go to work and did this one in my work clothes--oops!! Now I'm going to have to wipe myself down. My husband and I have a bunch of favorite Tony Horton quotes, including the time he talked about a move being "diamonds of gold".
