- The judge presiding over the Johnny Depp defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard scolded both attorneys for not keeping proper track of the evidence in the case. A piece of evidence, which was already presented to the jury, ended up being redacted by mistake during Heard's testimony, angering the judge who admonished both sides to keep track of things better.

A big tell that she's lying is how she has quite detailed descriptions for insignificant details but glosses over significant ones or can't remember them. That's a common misdirection tactic used by manipulative people to attempt faking a trauma.
It sad she has gotten away with this for so long.
It's actually common among victims of actual trauma, but I still have a hard time believing her. Manipulators mimic that, subconsciously or intentionally.

I thought that. I’ve seen a number of clips already where she screws her face up like she’s crying but when she moves on to the next thing she wants to say her composure is restored remarkably quickly. I’m not going to say that she’s definitely lying because I just don’t know enough to say. But, to my ears, I find it very hard to believe what she says simply because of the way she’s saying it.

They also let her lawyers ask very leading questions, and let them keep going. Mostly because the more she talks - the more chances she's slipping up with impeaching her own testimony.
But I do love the timings of some of the objections, someone said it was like a director saying "cut, action" the way she would stop and then start up her "crying".
“He was accusing me of having a man in the house with me” you had 3 dudes if not more sleeping with you during your relationship with Johnny, let alone be done in his own pent house etc. Almost everything she says, the truth proves the opposite. There’s speculation she’s actually doing cocaine at that exact moment. If you look closely she sniffed in. Also in previous shots at her in the beginning of the stand it shows her putting something (assuming napkin) because she never once’s grabbed it from the tissue box on the stand.. rolled into her sleeve. She rolls one sleeve up slowly and neat while shoving the other one up quickly.
I see no tears or runny makeup but I hear crying. Up until she is interrupted, then suddenly she's coherent and focused. Literally acting her way through court. I hope the jury sees through this charade.

It comes across as so "icky" that her and her lawyers seem to buy into feeling that her as a Hollywood actress is going to be an asset through her testimony. It feels as if she's trying to knock it out of the park in a sense of talent display. Through the expressions, the pauses, the delivery, the perfect amount of jury glances and eye contact through her coaching. You can almost feel her taking a deep breath and letting her, at least in her mind...."immense acting talent shine". As she takes the stand and begins the role of a seriously violent DV survivor. I think as she really tries to place herself there, as the best do. She got carried away, expanding and adding previously unmentioned claims and went too far. Which ultimately hurt her case.

She's acting like the jury never saw or heard anything other than what she is saying in this speech here. I'm so glad JD managed to get her to run these lies out in a form where they can be aptly critiqued.
The moments that the lawyers say "objection" are almost like on a set when they yell, "CUT" she just pauses her line and emotion, and waits for the "Overruled" aka "ACTION" then picks up the line right where she left off with the same emotion.

Look at the tell tale signal/key when she lies. She becomes extremely animated /crunches her face/moves her hands/contorts her mouth. Almost like a panto. It looks unnatural and extremely fake. The only issue she is having is, that she is struggling to cry on command as it is not easy when you have tons of confidence /arrogance. The fake details also, dirty carpet. Beautiful floor etc lol. She' does that to show she can look believable. Almost like she's reading from a novel.. She also continously looks at the jury trying to capture their eyes. Which person who suffered abuse does that as research shows they struggle to maintain eye contact with people. She does the opposite and shows extreme confidence in her behaviour. Hope the jury can see this as anyone with a reasonable understanding /mindset should be able too. Almost like when your child lies to you.

My mom has bpd and hpd and she makes these same exaggerated expressions when she victimizes and makes up her stories. She’s tried to paint my dad as the abuser when he and my siblings and I were the abused. She’s sick. Amber is sick and what’s sad is she’s willing to go to great lengths to keep up with her lie.

I know people cry differently, but when I get really upset about a terrible event, I'm a full-on ugly crier -- the tears won't stop, my nose runs, my eyes get bloodshot, my face turns beet red and I shake, I gasp for breath, my voice quivers and gets nasally because my nose is stuffed up, I don't stop just because someone interjects. She does none of those.
