Being a survivor of abuse I can 100 percent tell that this woman has no idea what abuse and harassment is. Her breathing, acting and describing the whole things is too much of a show

The craziest thing is there is audio from Australia that was kept out by Amber’s team where Amber admits to throwing the bottle at Johnny and is literally begging for forgiveness and if that would have been allowed to be played in court it would be the most damning evidence of the whole trial. More people need to hear that audio.

The only reason why they were able to keep that audio out is because Jerry Judge Is heard talking on it and he passed away, had he been alive he definitely would’ve been able to back Johnny up wholeheartedly because he always looked out for him And he knew the truth. However I think Jerry was able to look out for Johnny during this trial anyway.🙏🏻

I heard the audio, she was pretending to be hysterical. My problem is her testimony that Johnny held her with one hand against the table or counter while trying to rape her with a bottle. While one hand is in a cast.

I totally agree. I was a victim of a violent relationship for many years and I was getting so angry watching her lie about the abuse. She didn't even have any real tears? Another thing is that when your in a violent relationship and your partner is beating you, you ain't going to throw things at him knowing that the abuser will bash you even more? It's amazing how this so-called 'survivor' was beaten so much by her partner, physically and mentally abused in many ways, and had a bottle forced inside her, and yet she doesn't remember the pain... she can't even describe how it felt. Although she is able to describe how the carpet was 'so dirty' while she was supposedly being slapped.
Not to mention her recovery after a brutal assault where JD supposedly punched her a lot in the face, and had her hair ripped off her head, and yet she had no bruises or cuts and was perfectly fine the next day.
The only part I believe of her elaborate story is when she mentioned JD saying he f**** hated her and that she ruined his life. Cause it's the truth.

Edit: Some of you defend Amber just "because" and say she is a poor woman that couldn't remember any of it because of the trauma. Can you please just stop for a bit and go back and watch clips and videos about this case to look at the facts? There are NO MEDICAL REPORTS about anything she said. Even if she or her PR team wanted that to stay hidden for the purpose of protecting her image or whatever, she could have kept the records just in case to show as proof if she needed to. Her own personal nurse said she had no injuries during the examination and her make up artist corroborated this story saying her skin was "flawless". It seems to be clear that she is a patological liar and that her testimony was a performance she prepared with Elaine.

Nah, no academy awards for an unbelievable story drama with copious, well-versed lines of meaningless minute details of the story but unable to recall major points of her own actions. This is terrible acting for even a D-list actress in Hallmark pablum movie. All those minute details will derail her entire storyline when she's cross-examined. She is trying very hard to sell this whole sordid plot to the jury though.
Liars frequently think an abundance of minute details lends to their credibility. If anything extraneous details are usually very vague.

There’s another clip where she said was in the company of a woman and he accused her of trying to instigate an affair with her. She can describe the surroundings in great detail and can even quote very specific things that she, Depp and the other woman said, verbatim and in great detail. But she doesn’t know the name of the woman.
In another clip recently she spoke at length to an assault Depp allegedly made, going into very vivid and specific details about unimportant things. She said she had a bruise as a result, but couldn’t remember where the bruise was.
This is becoming a habit with her, I think. She can remember the peripheral information and relate it in what comes across as a well-rehearsed presentation, but conveniently can’t remember key facts that she ought to know!
This girl was legit taking notes during his testimony. She's clearly borrowing from his recollection ("I didn't feel the pain from my severed finger at first"), from movie plots, from research she did on DV. And she clearly is reading people's comments online afterwards, because she fixed her mistakes from yesterday.

As a victim of years of DV, I would not have to get such shocking news out there without calling for an arrest due to fear of getting killed or getting my friends or family killed. It was violent about 6 times over 17 years and very unexpected but as we I became more mature it became lesser because he became more mature and respectful of our growing children but I Always had plans to get out. With all her money and no children why suffer Monthly butt kicking as she had no kids to plan for to look for help to get out safely ? and the slap about the tattoo....she hadn't seen that before that lie that he slapped her over it 😳🤣😂 ?

The fact that Johnny Depp never laughs when she tells her side of domestic abuse and just looks kind of sad and depressed (for how can someone even think he is so). Whereas, whenever Johnny depp tells his side of the abuse.. and Amber always mocks and makes snide comments with her lawyers.. very well shows who was and still is the abuser... She has no sense of empathy for anyone..
As a woman currently living in a woman’s shelter, I can tell you from my own personal experience, that I believe Johnny. He has detailed exactly what abused women go through. The honeymoon period with a subtle glimpse(s) of something more, only to overlook it, then gradually being demeaned to chip away at a person’s self esteem and self worth, to then outright physical, emotional and verbal abuse. Just because he is a man doesn’t mean he can’t be abused. And what’s worse for men is, if they defend themselves then they are considered to be the abuser. It’s very unfair to men who suffer from abuse. And clearly, Johnny is one of these men. I have no doubt in my mind about this and I’m sure every women in my shelter would say the same. Just because someone is a women, doesn’t mean whatever she says is true or correct. In fact, it is a direct, incredible and beyond disgusting insult to women, to fake abuse of any kind. Which is exactly what I believe Amber has done for financial gain. This chick is a psychopath. Her lies today too are completely beyond belief.

That’s what these types of people do. Academically no one knows how smart people like her are, but psychologically they have almost everything figured out.

She’s so over the top, it makes me super uncomfortable. I worked with victims of domestic violence who were gang r**** and had broken bones and bruises all over them (sometimes this occurred just 24 hours prior to when I saw them). I also worked with sex trafficking survivors. And I never had anyone act like this. I saw and heard things I wished I didn’t because of the work I did, but there’s something not right about this. My red flags would be going up all over the place. I’ve worked closely with people who have PTSD and clinical mental health issues related to abuse. This is truly mind-boggling.

What I’m really upset about isnt that she really thought she could play the entire world and get away with it. I’ve been around plenty of victims of domestic and sexual violence and none of them speak of their experiences with this level of crystal clear details with so much dramatic expressions of huffing and puffing. Usually, victims of abuse seem to speak with with a sort of emotionally toned down and almost clinical cold way in order to keep themselves from falling apart.
Yeah exactly. I'm a former domestic violence victim and went through tons of group therapy with other domestic violence victims in a second stage shelter, and none of us spoke like this. We recounted things way worse than anything she's said as if we were talking about the weather - and we'd often laugh inappropriately too while sharing the most horrid things. We all had that same uncomfortable mixture of sounding like we were talking about the weather while also awkwardly laughing at inappropriate times. We'd also talk about how things FELT (example: "he punched me in the side of the ribs and I couldn't breathe for a minute then that spot hurt for like two months after" or "he broke my teeth then it hurt whenever the cold air hit my mouth & trying to eat birthday cake at our baby's first birthday the next day was excruciating because the icing was hitting where my teeth were broken off") instead of fixating on weird irrelevant little details about looking at lights and whatnot like she did. Everything about this is so off.

As someone who spent 6 years being domestically abused can I just say this is not how I would react ever. Some of the insignificant things I understand because I remember my ex hitting my head on the floor and noticing a black mark on my ceiling and thinking why have I never seen that I’m going to die who will clean this black mark if I’m dead but the way amber cannot remember things and how things aren’t clear isn’t how I experience It I can still 8 years later tell you every single detail every word said every punch landed like it was yesterday. I almost feel she’s read / watched domestic abuse survivors and she’s taken and done what she perceived a victim to be. The lack of tears the facial expression etc is all to much and i find it super disrespectful to anyone who has suffered.

Considering all the evidence we have seen so far, and how rehearsed this feels, I find it incredibly difficult to believe her on anything she has said aside from, "I am being sued by my ex-husband for an op-ed I wrote," which ironically, is one of the things this case needs to prove was her. She done goofed with that one.
On top of that, whether Depp abused her or not, her actions against Depp, which seem to be the instigating acts each time, will have damaged the 'Me Too' movement and cases in which women have been abused forever. No one believes Amber because of the things she has said and done, and because of her abuse of the 'Me Too' movement, many women will now suffer more and find it harder to be believed. Heard hasn't just hurt Depp and herself, but abuse victims globally.

The things is, while recalling trauma, yu don't really describe it poetically, especially while your alleged abuser is sitting in front of you. Her descriptions are rich in memory and vividly spoken out, it's as if she read some domestic violence story in third person narrative and just reciting it in 1st person's

My thoughts exactly but since yesterday I have to say, she did amp up her story. This one was told much more vividly and she put a lot more effort into her acting, it didn't slip as much as yesterday. She did not drop into too many pauses, that made her seem even less believable yesterday. But stylistically speaking, she should read some more books. It's one thing to tell a lie but this one isn't even particularly aesthetic. Yesterday it was more obvious but she is using the same stylistic figures over and over again in an attempt to make the story more vivid and poetic, as you said. But it is more of cheap fiction, not a well written novel. It's shallow.
So yeah, if you tell awful lies this big and this public, at least put some effort into it. The acting was meh and the story was uninspired and unengaging. It relied too heavily on her crying for emotional impact. I feel second hand embarrassment and very sorry for Johnny. And I feel aesthetically underwhelmed.

I've been a victim myself, got treatment going on to be a counselor for women who were victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, president of the Rape Crisis Center, done rape kits as a nurse, did public speaking anywhere I could and was a court advocate for 13 and 1/2 years for women and children of domestic violence and through a Rape Crisis Center I can honestly say this woman is giving the acting job of her life! The things she cannot remember but the little details that she can. All he publicity and headlines that she wasn't crying enough the first day of testimony..so we're making it real good today. I'm sorry, I just can't. This sickens me how she's making a mockery of those of us who have been true victims of these crimes. I realize it is different for everyone but I am struggling to believe her her entire testimony!! And with that I am not saying Johnny is a saint either! Amber likes to talk about herself and she likes the attention that it's getting hurt. I have not seen her display typical behaviors throughout her testimony of victims.

Right. She's describing an amount of injuries that would require medical treatment on so many occasions. I was in a relationship with an abusive partner. The extent of the violence was nowhere the the intensity of the violence that she's describing and yet I still had many many photos of bruises and contusions. In this video she describes glass, broken glass "everywhere". Like, I've broken a glass accidentally before and missed a piece of when sweeping it up, and that little shard got lodged in the sole of my foot. I couldn't tweeze it out and literally had to limp my way to a walk-in clinic to get a doctor to remove it. She's describing a movie set with breakaway glass. If she was rolling around on broken glass she would be absolutely covered in cuts.

the weirdest thing is how much emphasis she lays on the EXACT timeline of motions and mentions every time if she cannot remember the tiniest movement/action from her or Johnny. It feels so unnecessary and so unnatural. Most people caught up in a fight cannot even remember how they ended up there and certainly cannot describe every little movement in such a pedantic way. Most memories get blocked by adrenaline rush that you would experience. In court you can see many many cases of even murders where the person who commited the murder simply says that they don't know what happened, they only suddenly remember standing over a body. I think for me personally this narrative style fuels most of my disbelief. And also her talking about the sustained injuries. In cases of such vicious s.....l abuse as the bottle incident, literally nobody would EVEN MENTION being 'heartbroken'. In such a case it feels like literally the least of the victims worries. It's simply the wrong term that a person coming from such experience would probably not use to lay out the effects of such a heinous crime on them.

Heard's biggest problem is she's obviously never actually taken a beating like this before; she's unfamiliar with the damage, pain, and time of recovery this would result in. She's describing an assault that would result in severe lacerations and imbedded glass in her feet and hands; extensive visible injuries to her face, probably including fractures to the orbital bones and nasal area, her neck and torso would have taken extensive skin and muscles damage, her neck bones and spine would have suffered damage, and of course there would be bruising and tearing from the bottle. This is not damage she could have walked away from, slept off with a couple of Ambien, and then jetted back to California the next day, with no one noticing any injuries to her. What she is describing could easily be fatal and certainly would have taken weeks or months to recover from, had it actually happened. However, somehow in this whole incident the only physical damage that anyone could document was Depp's finger being very nearly severed, which she can't account for. Not a chance.

I've been through it and have helped others when have been too, including men. It doesn't go like that. Neither can the victim look the jury in the eye like that. They are usually so nervous they nearly puke or faint and they have real tears that stream down the face. They don't easily talk about that stuff, especially not with the abuser right there. They would be worried about reprisals for doing so. She's not worried and freely leaves the court. Most courts would want surveillance and for her to leave 20 minutes, before he does. His lawyer was so bored looking. She's the example of what makes it so difficult for the rest of us, when trying to prove our cases.

Her testimonies are full of attention-seeking behavior and details that don't matter. Johnny's testimonies are real. He doesn't portray himself as someone he's not. The way he speaks in court matches up so well with the audio recordings. Collected and calm.

Not everyone cries telling there stories but when they cry tears come out nose hoes runny...after years later and telling your story over and over it does for some get easier but I'm with you this is acting without the onion juice someone get this woman some onion juice
@@loobylouboti happy you shared that 🙂 I'm at 9 years after, and have come to realize i was suppressing everything too. Like a survival or coping mechanism? Started to numb out all feelings and was left like a shadow of myself. No fun or pleasure in anything, lost the taste for feeling and with that, experiencing life. And I've just started to get help. But it's hard, going through everything scattered and trying to find myself again. It's actually really scary and overwhelming. Thank you for sharing. It gave me hope 😊 thank you thank you!!!

Bless you. It *is* hard...and scary. To open up that wound that we welded shut in order to survive life (indeed a coping mechanism.)
The body has an innate and wonderful way of being able to do this as a way to keep us safe and continue to function on some level..But there comes a time when this begins to become a barrier to being able to live and love fully.
You are brave as f**k to begin to open up that wound slowly but surely, gauge out all the gangrene, and then begin to heal again.
My advice would be to keep going with therapy. If you don't gel with a therapist find another. If you need a break (I used to clam up and just not want to talk and get angry..and so it just wasn't the right time for me at that point. So I left it a few years, and tried again, and this time had a therapist I also felt really comfortable with and who I could relate to on some level ie. Young female rather than old man with glasses on the end of his nose. Lol!) and honestly, best thing I did. The healing commenced.
Healing though, is like an onion. It has layers. Keep going. You are bloody worth it and when you gt to the centre and discover who you really are without the baggage and your story no longer has an emotional attachment to you anymore, you'll begin to feel lighter and wiser and know you are so much more than any story that happened in your past.

I am a dv survivor and she my friend is not! What a liar and it makes me sick!! You can tell she's heard stories from other dv survivor's and she's trying to mimic that but that's something that just can't be done. I'm so glad jd got away from this crazy person.

Same!!! When people get eliminated on Top Chef or win, I cry with them! I’m just looking at her with an obscure look on my face. I cry all the time. Sad stories, happy stories. This made me feel absolutely nothing.

People handle grief differently. If this atrocious occurrence actually happened to her, I'm guessing she would shut down emotionally, as a means of survival, as it is so traumatic. It is totally believable that images would flash, and she would Feel the horror, but emotionally detach as if it were an out-of-body experience. Listen to the stories on the show "I survived". It is much the same and incredible how they can even tell of such horrible experiences as if it happened to someone else. How else would someone survive such horrible encounters if they couldn't emotionally detach. So sorry to spoil your desire to cry, vicious commenters, even though Your "tears" would be nothing but crocodile tears anyway. 😭 Having No heart yourselves, is worse than what you accused her of.

I know that you mean well, but the things she has said are genuinely impossible. For example: she claims to have gotten two black eyes and a busted lip, and then she went on James Corden the next night. There wasn't a mark on her... no swelling... nothing. She was under bright studio lights too. Unless Amber Heard has secret healing abilities, that is just physically impossible.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is why Amber Heard is not an Oscar Award Winner. Girl really thought she was on set here.
