- Johnny Depp was seen chuckling in his seat during Amber Heard's testimony in their defamation trial as his ex-wife discussed the aftermath of the massive fight in Australia. Heard testified that the morning after the fight, Depp at one point took his genitals out of his pants and said he was going to write another message for Heard. Depp in court became visibly amused as Heard described the incident.

I just said the exact same thing. It does not sound like a person telling a story or recounting of events. Instead of sounds like bullet points off of a script.
When recounting events that have happened in the past there are certain words you barely use for example ' I remember...' she must have said this a thousand times which would indicate that her stories are at best embellished

I can’t look at her without getting angry, she’s a vile person, lies after lies, don’t believe a word she says, You can see the pain in Johnnys face and feel it in his voice, she has no compassion, remorse or emotion on her face. One thing she does deserve credit for though is that this is the best performance of her entire career.

I don’t think she realizes, regardless of the outcome in the case, she will have to face the real victims, the real survivors, the family and friends of those survivors AND the family and friends of those who weren’t able to survive DM. I hope these lies haunts her, eats her up and cause her true pain bc her words now are truly damaging to not only Johnny, but to thousands of people who have experienced those traumatic events.

I'm a domestic violence survivor - both as a child and an adult in my own romantic life. This woman enrages me. As a general rule, I avoid victim blaming at all costs. I spent many years repeatedly having to prove I was indeed traumatized. I was diagnosed with PTSD two and a half decades ago at the age of 12 back when it was much more difficult to receive that diagnosis (not that it was impossible - simply wasn't recognized nearly as much as it is now). There weren't any supports for me back then because all of the groups and such were geared to veterans so I didn't fit in haha. My only real option was seven years of intensive therapy with my psychiatrist, psychologist, and a social worker. Sometimes I went as frequently as weekly. They were all fabulous and it was very hard work. Working through trauma was basically re-living it again and again. I really hate judging people because I was judged a lot myself. Okay, back on task, I'll try to hurry up and get to my point 😅
She very obviously has borderline personality disorder. The hallmarks of BPD include self-sabotage, sabotaging relationships we value most, lying, manipulation, and being especially dramatic.
You can tell she's lying because she has far too many details about insignificant stuff. She's constantly filling and fluffing her testimony up unnecessarily. She's also trying to paint a picture for the jurors and recounting events in a very artful way - it's just not needed. Tell them the straight facts in the simplest terms possible. If the abuse did in fact happen, it doesn't need augmentation. People can often tell if you're being genuine and the truth, stripped down, is often more than enough to shock people.
Amber Heard makes a mockery of every last one of us who have been through it and have clawed our way out of that pit. She's making things exponentially more difficult for the rest of us who are still fighting for our own safety and sanctuary. I seriously hope the jurors have clear minds, keen senses, and make the right call.
I am sorry you have gone through this trauma. I have experienced it as well. I also agree with you regarding Amber Heard's testimony. It's all fake. She definitely has Borderline Personality Disorder with psychotic tendencies. Elon sidestepped a horrendous situation. She is the type of woman we find who has murdered their spouse. She is the predator in this case. She suffers from anti-social disorder. I personally believe she went after Johnny with this as the agenda before they ever dated. I believe she planned on getting his money. I also believe it was her goal to also take Elon for whatever money she could get out of him. I feel heartsick for what Johnny went through. I do not believe Johnny is innocent, because of his admitted drug and alcohol use, but this is something he has always done, while not one case of abuse has been filed by Kate Moss, or Wyona Ryder, or Vanessa Paradis, which speaks loudly that Johnny is not the abuser. I think Amber suffers from abandonment issues, bi-polar disorder, and narcissism. She is a black widow waiting to happen.

I was not abused as a child but was abused in my romantic relationship with my former fiancé who is now in prison for corporal injury to the woman he moved on to be with after I clawed - literally ran for my life, to get away from him (for the umpteenth time but the last time was the last time). Even a few of his family members wanted me away from him and kept begging me to leave the state and change my number. I feel like for us women who have really been through it, it's like we have a 6th sense and can see right through her. Her stories don't match up and you are right, if she just stuck to the facts, that would be enough right there. all this extra info is so unnecessary and unhelpful really. If I got on the stand in front of my former abuser I would be scared to death that he would either leap up to try to get to me, or that just one look from him would send me into a panic. That she can sit there are look at JD with little physical indication of her discomfort or fear is telling as well. Also where's the tactic of isolation from JD? He didn't ever isolate her from her family or close friends. I could go on and on but yes. She has me pissed off too and though this relationship was likely mutually traumatic and tumultuous, she's wrong for what she's doing. thank you for your words.

She also never describes how she felt at any point. Either physically because of the abuse, she’s never in pain despite the intense amount of violence she describes, and she never uses first person description of her feelings. “It was humiliating”, not “I felt humiliated”

The divorce was settled a long time ago. AH received $7m in the divorce settlement. She said she would give half to a childrens' hospital and half to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). She also said that she HAD given half to the ACLU. She hadn't. Nor hasn't. In fact, of the $1.3+m that the ACLU has received on behalf of Amber Heard, she only donated $300k directly. $500k was sent by Johnny Depp ( to ensure that the ACLU received it.) And the same amount was donated by E Musk esq, for reasons no-one understands. But it definitely wasn't a cash-for-sex arrangement. Absolutely not.

I've never seen anyone so obvious that they are making up elaborate stories. The amount of details she is telling is the first sign she is making all of this up. You don't remember things like this when you experience things from years back. You remember how you felt and the main actions that were taking place. Luckily, as committed she is to her lies she is equally unintelligent about the way she is delivering them. She is also rushed and desperate to be convincing in such an extreme way that she gives herself away. Addressing the jury so intensely does not help her either, it shows she has a strong motive behind what she is doing. Her feelings don't feel like feelings. They are surface level expressions that have zero connection to any kind of authenticity. She's not actually feeling anything except desperation that her lies are being believed. She knows what she doing is wrong and that's why it's so uncomfortable to watch. We are seeing right here in front of us how she goes about life in general. That she will go to any lengths to get what she wants, no matter how damaging it is to others or to herself. She will gladly try to ruin someone else's life to gain control, money, attention, whatever it is that her ego is craving. And she will go to any lengths to cover it up. But she is not good at it when seen under this close of a microscope, all of her games are in plane site. Her ego is fighting for it's life and it's extremely hard to watch.

I agree 100%. Try to notice how she is moving her mouth sometimes to the point that is very ugly and not natural. There is one guy, I believe from the UK that cut a clip that she clearly looks around the courtroom when someone eles was being asked something and takes her handkerchief looks at it on her lap and puts it to her nose and snorted drugs. It was not drugs to make her cry but to get high.
I’m a recovery for many years for alcohol and drugs and I know how that looks and she was getting high right there. Johnny you can see is sober for this period of his life but she is not. She is using on camera

This is going to end up being a big shocker for her. She clearly lies all the time -- her personality issues make her feel that it's necessary to do that in order to deal with people. But nobody ever HELD HER TO IT -- there was no reason. So she BELIEVES she can tell lies here and people will believe her. She has a rude awakening coming when she finds out that, apparently, the jurors didn't believe a word she said.
If you look at media coverage, there's still plenty that pretends the evidence and testimony in the trial doesn't exist, and instead go with her rape accusations because they make better headlines.
Even though I can't care less about Amber I can't stop feeling worried about her future after this all ends.

They couldn't find it for a while. The nurse had to keep Amber out of the room bc she kept trying to go into the room towards Johnny. The nurse gave her meds bc she was completely out of her mind. She admits to cutting his finger off. That's when I stopped listening to the recording. There is more. She is leaving a MEGA portion of it out.

I noticed guilty people are more likely to almost obsessively focus on the jury when they testify. Probably because they’re coached to by their lawyer, so that they connect with the jury more. Jodi arias is a prime example of someone who does this behavior to the extreme; turning in her chair to face the jury every time she answers even when it’s one word yes/no answers.

You can see he's uncomfortable. The vile things this woman has done to him while he was vulnerable by breaking trust by the very person that claims to love you. Taking pictures while you sleep. I would be seriously creeped out if someone did that. Exposing his privacy of being in his own home or place of safe haven, blackmailing, and lying to further her agenda. Also...I do doubt Depp is going to win this case. They HAVE presented some evidence. Mostly circumstantial, but enough that it's tough to definitively say HE'S never hit or abused her.
That SHE has hit and abused him is immaterial to this case as a matter of proof. Only to undermine her credibility with the jury. They have to prove that she named him as an abuser, something she knew was not only false, but that it would adversely impact his career.
It's REAL hard to prove something didn't happen...and since SHE didn't name him, it may not even be a slam dunk that they prove she named him(as obvious as that may be).
Some have mentioned too that he doesn't look at her because she could use that as hes trying to intimidate her in court. Im sure he doesn't want to look at her anyway, but at this point he has to not look at her.
