As someone who is very emotional but absolutely HATES crying in public (and I mean regular public, not tv’s and video cameras, but just anyone outside my closest people seeing me cry) I can tell her emotions aren’t real. When you’re trying to not cry, tears will still pour out even if you’re able to control your voice and stop yourself from sobbing. You also can’t turn it on and off. Most of all, once you’re crying, it’s nearly impossible to just stop. She isn’t genuine and it’s incredibly obvious.

The trailer manager testified today, the trailer was not “wrecked”. It had a light fixture hanging loose on the wall. Cost $62.00 to fix. No other damages and it was tidy. She was busted, yet again, in another debunked lie!!! Smh

I think the key difference is genuineness. Johnny seemed very genuine, like he was really thinking and trying to recall things correctly. He would leave these pauses as he remembered things, spoke very softly, very normally. Didn't get dramatic or embellished over anything. Even though he was abused, he was calm and composed. I applaud him for that. But wtf is this woman even doing

That's what I was trying to say yesterday and one of my posts I was abused horribly The man was in Arizona's top 10 most violent. And for years I would look down or away I would never look anybody in the eye let alone look them in the eye when I was telling them what he did. Before him I always look people in the eye during him and after him I looked down and away, And it took a lot of years to hold my head back up and look somebody in the eye and I still get uneasy if somebody seems a little more aggressive

I feel sorry for Johnny as well... Being violent isn't better than being physically abusive. In fact verbal and emotional abuse is far more damaging than physical. I grew up in a home with constant DV... In my country at the time we didn't have any laws protecting victims of DV. In fact the police came only once at home while my dad was beating up my mom and they told him "Come on, dude, don't beat her, stop fighting." and they left.... I was ten at the time and was in shock, shaking in my bed that in the morning I had to face him.... He never ever hit me but the emotional trauma and the verbal abuse for years, led to mental health issues that I need to carry my whole life... So again, I don't defend Amber. But Johnny isn't innocent either. He needs to approach his issues and work on getting better. I hope they both get the adequate therapy and treatment and one day could look back and see this as a stepping stone.

As an victim of physical and sexual abuse, none of this feels genuine. If she is lying, it genuinely breaks my heart thinking someone would lie about abuse. The damage she is doing to abuse victims is insurmountable.
I served Jury Duty on a sexual abuse case and I can tell you that the victim wasn't able to tell their story this clearly or remember such detailed memories like Amber does. She also cried hysterically at times and sometimes couldn't contain herself! It was heartbreaking. Unlike Amber, she had REAL tears! She also rarely looked at the Jury because you could tell she was embarrassed having to relive what she had to tell us. It was a month long trial and it was super hard to witness her traumatizing experience

I was SA aged 15 yrs old, it only went to trial a few years ago, in my 40s. I can still remember what nightie I wore, what was on his lounge wall, and I refused to cry. He got off. I wasn't allowed to say what I wanted during the trial. I wasn't allowed to review my video statement beforehand, despite making it several years ago. I got no advice on what to say or not say, how to be etc There were 8 men and 4 women on jury. I wasn't given anything to eat or drink all day, despite being put in this room from 9am, till I went in court room around 3pm. It was a joke

As someone who was in an abusive relationship, the feelings and emotions are training and REAL! The trauma stays with you, even after you’ve healed because trauma can resurface when triggered. She has problems. She watched people with real PTSD and is trying to mimic. Disgusting. I’ve never seen a person with real ptsd (including myself i have cptsd) have that much “control” over their emotions. The switch from crying to talking with almost hostility is insane. When I have flashbacks or moments where i disassociate and am back in those traumatic moments I can’t stop those thoughts at will. I will have a full panic attack sometimes yelling the things I wish i had said in the moment. She stays completely in touch with reality the entire time. On that opposite side, sometimes I can have a “dead” look. I’ll just stare off into space as I tell the story, she keeps looking around like she needs all eyes on her.

I served on a jury for a sexual abuse case. The victims wouldn't be able to tell their story so clearly and remember so many details. They also cried suddenly or even was balling there eyes out at times. But they always had real tears. They also hardly looked at the jury because it was embarrassing to relive what they had to tell us. It was a hard case to be on and it lasted a month.
It's kind of like watching her try to act out what she thinks a sexual assault might be like... she has huge credibility issues. It's horrific that she's doing this - she's making a mockery of every women who has ever been violated.

I was abused sexually as a child. And she enrages me so much. She is the reason why so many of us are terrified to be honest about our experiences. She is the reason so many us think no one will believe us. Absolutely awful. It took me 3 years just to say the words out loud to my therapist. And I know everyone handles trauma differently.. but come on. How can she just spit this out like it’s nothing? No real emotion.
She probably rehearse with her lawyer to match one end to another from JD timeline and all the evidence brought in by her team doesnt even match up with the story. As someone who was abused, this is just triggering me. Her emotions don’t even seem real. It’s all an act to her and it’s disgusting. It’s been 3 years since I left the abusive relationship, and there are still times when I will break down at random times because I still feel on edge even though I know I’m safe.

Im sorry to hear that i lived through the same and have been gone for 3 years now i agree with what you say but id like to also let you know there are good amazing people out there and there is someone for you as I went from being treated so horribly to being treated like a queen by such an amazing man. Nobody makes that much eye contact when they're describing an uncomfortable, traumatic event.
As someone who is very emotional but absolutely HATES crying in public (and I mean regular public, not tv’s and video cameras, but just anyone outside my closest people seeing me cry) I can tell her emotions aren’t real. When you’re trying to not cry, tears will still pour out even if you’re able to control your voice and stop yourself from sobbing. You also can’t turn it on and off. Most of all, once you’re crying, it’s nearly impossible to just stop. She isn’t genuine and it’s incredibly obvious.

I think the key difference is genuineness. Johnny seemed very genuine, like he was really thinking and trying to recall things correctly. He would leave these pauses as he remembered things, spoke very softly, very normally. Didn't get dramatic or embellished over anything.

I feel sorry for Johnny as well... Being violent isn't better than being physically abusive. In fact verbal and emotional abuse is far more damaging than physical. I grew up in a home with constant DV... In my country at the time we didn't have any laws protecting victims of DV. In fact the police came only once at home while my dad was beating up my mom and they told him "Come on, dude, don't beat her, stop fighting." and they left.... I was ten at the time and was in shock, shaking in my bed that in the morning I had to face him.... He never ever hit me but the emotional trauma and the verbal abuse for years, led to mental health issues that I need to carry my whole life...
So again, I don't defend Amber. But Johnny isn't innocent either. He needs to approach his issues and work on getting better. I hope they both get the adequate therapy and treatment and one day could look back and see this as a stepping stone.

I served Jury Duty on a sexual abuse case and I can tell you that the victim wasn't able to tell their story this clearly or remember such detailed memories like Amber does. She also cried hysterically at times and sometimes couldn't contain herself! It was heartbreaking. Unlike Amber, she had REAL tears! She also rarely looked at the Jury because you could tell she was embarrassed having to relive what she had to tell us. It was a month long trial and it was super hard to witness her traumatizing experience

I was SA aged 15 yrs old, it only went to trial a few years ago, in my 40s. I can still remember what nightie I wore, what was on his lounge wall, and I refused to cry. He got off. I wasn't allowed to say what I wanted during the trial. I wasn't allowed to review my video statement beforehand, despite making it several years ago. I got no advice on what to say or not say, how to be etc
There were 8 men and 4 women on jury. I wasn't given anything to eat or drink all day, despite being put in this room from 9am, till I went in court room around 3pm. It was a joke

She has problems. She watched people with real PTSD and is trying to mimic. Disgusting. I’ve never seen a person with real ptsd (including myself i have cptsd) have that much “control” over their emotions. The switch from crying to talking with almost hostility is insane. When I have flashbacks or moments where i disassociate and am back in those traumatic moments I can’t stop those thoughts at will. I will have a full panic attack sometimes yelling the things I wish i had said in the moment. She stays completely in touch with reality the entire time. On that opposite side, sometimes I can have a “dead” look. I’ll just stare off into space as I tell the story, she keeps looking around like she needs all eyes on her.

They also cried suddenly or even was balling there eyes out at times. But they always had real tears. They also hardly looked at the jury because it was embarrassing to relive what they had to tell us. It was a hard case to be on and it lasted a month.

I was abused sexually as a child. And she enrages me so much. She is the reason why so many of us are terrified to be honest about our experiences. She is the reason so many us think no one will believe us. Absolutely awful. It took me 3 years just to say the words out loud to my therapist. And I know everyone handles trauma differently.. but come on. How can she just spit this out like it’s nothing? No real emotion.
She probably rehearse with her lawyer to match one end to another from JD timeline and all the evidence brought in by her team doesnt even match up with the story. Im just curious what JD was drawing only the entire time she blabbering the entire fake story. If we all can see thru those fake stories, the jury could as well.

As someone who was abused, this is just triggering me. Her emotions don’t even seem real. It’s all an act to her and it’s disgusting. It’s been 3 years since I left the abusive relationship, and there are still times when I will break down at random times because I still feel on edge even though I know I’m safe.

@@piscu3617 Thank you. I’m doing much better now and therapy has been helping. I last heard that my abuser is “existing out of spite” to prove a point to me. I honestly don’t care. He thinks his still lives rent free in my mind, but he doesn’t. Not anymore at least.

Im sorry to hear that i lived through the same and have been gone for 3 years now i agree with what you say but id like to also let you know there are good amazing people out there and there is someone for you as I went from being treated so horribly to being treated like a queen by such an amazing man. Takes a lot of time and healing and you will still have moments but I just want you to remember not everyone is the same. Hearing her lies , her body language and remembering what happened to me it outrages me that she diminishes real PEOPLE men and women who were abused and it affects their life. Sending you lots of love and hope remember you are never alone 🙏🏻
