      @@LeticiaRODRIGUEZ-lx8om you're right, mostly. I think Judge Penney has some discretion, but her preference is a reasonable one - i.e. evidence is evidence, testimony is testimony.
      Evidence they can show freely. Testimony (whether on the stand, or from deposition) is witnessed, so not available to be "replayed". The judge stated her preference in a way that left a little wiggle room for someone to make a case otherwise.... but both sides chose not to, and simply agreed.
      You're definitely right though that Camille was really clarifying - she was not making a request (or getting denied). The characterization in the title is misleading.

    • @750ml
      @750ml 2 года назад +1

      @@jasdeepkaur3136 She didn't rule videos can't be used as evidence, or anything like that. Either side can play ANY video (or audio or picture) they want that's been submitted as evidence during the trial.
      What she said was that video depositions cannot be played during the closing arguments. That's because depositions are testimony, not evidence - that is, depo videos are played in court and treated as witness testimony (as if they are on the stand), meaning those videos are not submitted into the court as evidence.
      And to really split hairs 😄 she didn't even rule "cannot" - she stated her preference to treat ALL testimony as experienced by the jury within "these 4 walls" (meaning they live it once.... and no external recording of any testimony passes through those walls again to re-live it a 2nd time), but clearly left open the door a smidgen for someone to give a reason against her preference if they felt it necessary.... and neither side did.
      Bottom line: Camille asked for clarification, and the judge clarified. It was a "denial" only in the most rudimentary sense of the word. Camille then further confirmed with the judge her understanding of Judge Penney's (well-explained and reasonable) preference by making sure that also means that the courtroom livestream is off limits. So if you weren't sure before, that made it doubly clear that Camille's intent was clarification of the boundaries all along.

    AH has the audacity to say she has never lied in court. Wasn’t her whole argument for defamation based on the fact that she did not write the op-ed about JD? We all know for certain now that it was about him because she lost it on examination by Camille and stated she DID write it about him. She then proceeded, inappropriately and rapidly, to list all the reasons she did it, talking over Camille the whole time. I really wish Camille would have kept peppering her with questions because the jury would have seen the TRUE/ENTIRE wrath this woman can unleash! If only Camille could stated that JD got her the part in Aquaman again, I think she would have come completely unglued. I am glad the whole world got a glimpse of the lying, cannot-recall, everyone-else-is-lying, extremely-poor-acting person that is the real AH. She has a contract of a serie of four movies for aquaman. All four movies together for 2 millions.
      She earned 450 000 dollars for her acting in aquaman part one.
      Amber is an option like many other young actors. So it is on her to show if she is good enough for her role to expand or to cut back.
      Richard Marks hates this kind of contracts because it is very difficult to negotiate later about how big the part of the actor will be in the second or the third part and how much of a rise the money will be for the actor.
      I listened to his testimony today on earphones.
