    - *Lack of foundation* is things based on exhibits not properly entered into evidence.

Credit where credit is due, they’re still a team. She is the selected person to handle objections but the whole team is looking out for them and when any of them catch one they feed it to her as quick as possible. They’re all doing a great job none the less.

    • @wruenvadam

Vasquez and the rest of the team are basically a flight of F-35s and F-15s working together against a bunch of biplanes. It's a bit of a slaughter to be honest. They don't really have to do everything they are doing, but it's better to shoot down as much as possible to make sure most of what they are trying to rebuild into her defense ends up falling short.

@@Chalupa_Sue I just hope that Johnny actually prevails in this. I highly doubt the jury is picking up what AH and her team are trying to put down, but there's always that chance. It is stuff like this that makes guys not want to deal with women, even though it's certainly not even close to most that do this, but the repercussions it can have to simply be accused without any evidence is enough to deter many. This needs to help make the law see men and women as equals when it comes to abuse/assault/domestic violence, because it is equally damaging to the victims regardless of gender.
