- During the cross-examination of Amber Heard on Monday, Johnny Depp's lawyer grilled Heard about her failure to donate the $7 million divorce settlement to charity. Heard pledged to donate the entire $7 million to charity after the divorce, stating that she doesn't want the money. However, as of today, Amber has not fulfilled her obligations.

The tax excuse was just that an excuse. She wanted him to give her the money so it would not go to charity. She has not intentions of keeping her pledges.

I'm watching the trial again (3 months later) and it's just as awful as I remembered. Amber Heard apparently had full recollection of every moment with Depp but was always "fuzzy" on the details of things she's said and/or done. She's not just a bad person, she's sociopathic in her badness. Watching her makes me uncomfortable. I feel truly sorry for anyone she's fooled into friendship. This woman is a friend to no-one, you are only a tool to be used.

I used to work with someone who was very manipulative and she would try and fix on you when speaking, like "look at me!" I put up with her for months taking advantage of the people who fell for her bs, late every day, no comebacks. We had an argument and she tried the treatment and I told her "it doesn't work on me", she didn't like it at all. Eventually others realised they'd been tricked, she gave notice but was asked to leave early as she just messed about. Still got paid to end of the month.. Fake smiles and "poor me".
