This lawyer is like the attorney version of Columbo. He comes off as appearing a bit lost and perhaps even incompetent which disarms hostile witnesses into walking into his trap. Genius actually.
Yeah I thought he was a bit lost but did so well .it was an illusion to the witness
True! he is brilliant!
Wait I've heard about Columbo. I might want to see that?
Right. Most of the viewers do complain about him, but he is extremely clever. I like him. He is really, really good.
Exactly. He fools me time and time again. Brilliant!
Honestly Wayne Dennison is such a great attorney. And his "mic drops" basically "no further questions" at the end of the cross examination are so brilliant because he stops exactly there where he caughts them.
Are you a fan of justice?
I loved " Zendaya ... a person so famous she goes by one name"
And he takes on witnesses in lots of different specially fields he has to learn.
Wayne Dennison has been the engine for johnnys case, camille was able to destroy amber 1v1 but this man took out 3 EXPERTS and made them look like idiots selling their professionalism for a paycheck. Well played Wayne, man is built different 😂
This right here! 🤘🏼 If anyone deserves credit it’s this guy. Ruthless the way he lures them in and Bam! Lol
I say the same. He is a wonderful lawyer ❤️❤️
Couldn't said it any better this man has defend the governors of the state of Massachusetts this is a piece of cake a walk in the park he is just playing with him
Camille’s crosses were the most consequential and damaging. Ben’s closing was the best and most memorable. Wayne’s crosses had been the most effective and took great skill - he had the hardest witnesses to cross and about testimonies relating to complicated subject matters.
@@gunghocg they were all excellent, camille highlighted that lying nutcase for the abuser she was no doubt, but I say Wayne Dennison was the engine because he was up against genuine experts that are also professional witnesses, very hard to discredit these leeches but he made it look easy, especially with Dawn Hughes, she was completely convincing at 1st, but when Wayne got started with the questions he ended up blowing her away. When he started off a question with "ahright" you know he had something up his sleeve 😂
I am just floored that this woman thinks Amber is on ANY level of the actors that she chose to look at. This is just a nuts analysis!

This lawyer is considered one of the top 5 cross-examiners in the civil litigation business in all of America. He is incredible. Camille had a great experience cross'ing Amber, but Amber was her own worst enemy and would never admit she did anything wrong. I think Camille's rock star moment were her objections to Elaine's re-direct. She was like a Tommy gun and I was totally blown away. But Dennison is the one who prepped Johnny for cross - by being the 'baddie'. He did a brilliant job preparing Johnny.
I adore Wayne

He's a very good lawyer, I think he's president or something of his local bar in Boston. Law students and trial lawyers can learn just by watching him, listening to his questions and how he organizes his assault. Even Amber's lawyers watched in awe as he skewered their experts. He has a disarming casual style but knows the soft points where he can expose weaknesses. He's also got great pipes for the courtroom. And a lunging interrogatory style ("But didn't you say in your deposition...?" and "Wouldn't you agree that...?"), and ends on a strong positive helpful to his side. No grandstanding, always respectful, he didn't sit up front with Johnny's legal team, didn't stay for the verdict, most reports of Depp's lawyers didn't even mention his name. All the same he showed how to parry with the experts and expose the flaws or irrelevancies of their opinions, a lawyer's lawyer.
If anything, this woman is confirming that Amber Heard can afford to pay Johnny Depp the 50 million she owes him for defaming him since she's such a "huge star" lol.
And the donations

Attorney Dennison is a brilliant lawyer! He had the most difficult job of cross examining Heard’s experts. When cross examining an expert, Dennison had to not only know the subject matter that each expert witness is testifying about, but he also had to minimize the reliability of what the experts said on direct examination in order to question the credibility of the experts in the jury’s minds. The fact that most people think that Heard’s team had terrible “experts” means Dennison did his job well!
Yes! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The fact that this woman put Amber Heard in the same category as Zendaya is laughable. Whatever acting career Amber has in her resume were literally MAJOR flops. Her first EVER successful movie was Aquaman, all thanks to Jason Mamoa. Amber Heard did not bring in the 1B+ revenue and that is shown by her lacklustre projects post-Aquaman 1.

This attorney always makes me nervous at first because he seems a bit clumsy, but by the end, he always makes the expert seem like a fool. I wonder if it’s a little bit intentional to start off that way so the witness lets their guard down. Either way, he’s an amazing cross-examiner.
I think i read once that he has a speech impediment of some kind and maybe that is why for some he might look "clumsy" as we are not used to it. The man is genius and if he really has an impediment i believe he truly took advantage of that to use it to catch these "experts"

You have to question her “expertise” as a whatever professional she claims to be in the movies industry, when she didn’t know that Chris Pine is Captain Kirk.
Agreed. I thought the exact same thing. how do you not know the resumes of the A-list actors she named or what's out in social media about their personal lives.

It's a fencing game for this woman. She can't answer without grinning, adjusting, drinking and licking her lips. She is not being completely truthful. 🤯
Wayne Dennison, a genius. He was very, very important in Johnny Depp's victory. Hugs for him from Rio de Janeiro - Brasil👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I would impeach this person's credibility based on 1) She didn't know Chris Pine was Captain Kirk, 2) Didn't know that Robert Pattinson is the new Batman, 3) Wasn't sure that Christian Bale was ever Batman, when he was arguably the best batman, starred in 3 huge films, the Dark Knight trilogy being the pinnacle of the Batman series..... I mean, what kind of hollywood expert doesn't know these things?????
and she almost forgot Gal Gadot is the title character for Wonder Woman. Man put me on the stand I can do better lol
All of her "experts" are weird and very unprofessional
This witness was cringe. She didn't do any research and she's a "expert" witness??? How could she make the connections for Amber BUT not for Depp?
No surprise she isn't anyone's agent 'at the moment'. And after this testimony she surely won't become anyone's agent.
Did she really try to claim a studio spends $600-$800m making and marketing a film?! $379m is the most spent on a film production
The thing about Wayne Dennison is is that he does his homework, so much so that he becomes more of an expert on whatever the experts subject is than the so called expert themselves!
I thought the Attorney cross examination was brilliant.
1. He has to get her to show she isn’t an expert, hurt her credibility, get the jury to realize AH is a nobody
2. He has to show they way over counted their suit of the $100 million counter suit
3. He is also showing AH is a nobody.
I mean he even got her to call him, “dude”. AH team never objected or said a word. He asked questions to show how much of a circus of “experts” that aren’t so “expert” in anything.
He also at the end asked her about the money an agent would ask for. And then he said but the company has to agree to pay it. So he made a point that she knows only the agent side of what agents think actors should be paid but she has never seen what they actually get paid in contract.
He was brilliant!!! Loved how he caught her every time she slipped up...Class act..
I didn’t like his cross examination. I think a lot of his questions where irrelevant. Maybe there weren’t any objections so plaintiff can waste their time
@@pedro6720 he made her look foolish
He's good but need to fix on lagging while questioning he's not confident enough .if interviews he'll failed ..seem way too much nervous
I love how the Attorney Wayne Dennison keeps attacking Amber's ego with most of this questions!💜
He makes them doubt their existence 🤣
Yeah I feel Heard is triggered by just him talking about the other actresses' careers.
THANK YOU, I wanted to know his name
That’s how you beat a narcissist. You hurt their egos.
Salute to Atty. Wayne for exposing and shaming AH in a professional way.😂🤣🤣
This woman clearly “overestimated” Heard’s value…Heard will never be a “superstar” cuz she’s simply not likeable.
even before all the lies and public hate for her, she is very forgettable and could never sell a star role
To be fair, it was Amber’s team that set the hurdle at 100 million. This witness had to come up with a story to support that, which is an impossible task, so she had to make up wild assumptions and projections.
No credible person would risk their reputation to do that on stand, so this is the best Amber’s team could hire.
Nine months later and it's still so addicting
Is she meant to be an expert witness? She doesn't know details about the other celebrities mentioned, she said Aquaman is "probably" in the top 10 highest grossing films when it's #24. Oh she also doesn't know Robert Pattinson is now Batman?
She doesn't even know who Patrick Wilson is!!! and he has more screen time as Aquaman's half-brother!!
I was more shocked when he asked if Chistian Bale played batman, she said he might have!
@@yogeshjeebaun6641 Think she was just trying to act smart/be funny there
All these so called "expert" witnesses have been absolute catastrophes, 5 minutes into cross you realise the level of their expertise.... this woman did not even know basic stuff about prominent actors yet she claims to make a fair comparison. She is a very good example of people being very bad at their job.
AT first I thought the lawyer was dragging this on but when he came at her with all the movies and stars' names I realised his genius. THe only true thing this witness said is that Dennison was a movie buff. Respect to Him
I think part of it is finding people willing to represent your side. The Top Tier would only support you if they were more or less sure they had good facts.
Richard Marx and Dr. Curry are great examples. Can you imagine EITHER of these putting themselves on an International stage for AHs side?
Dennison also is an expert in expert witnesses. That's why they only used him for them. AHs side may be used to slightly easier crosses.
No we know why some kids’ science projects are always volcanos and the tornado w two soda bottles.
She would probably disagree, she compares herself to the biggest movie industry experts.
Exactly! She robbed them lol. She was weird.
This mam is a legend. He is the real deal. Best lawyer ever ever... Much better then Camilla who I also like, but the guy is so composed and good... Maaan..... Just a legend
Wayne Dennison doesn’t seem to get many objections called on him.
Did I notice that correctly?🤭
They don't dare objecting him 😂
I love this lawyer. He takes his time, you don’t know he is running you over until it’s been done 🤣
Yeah right? I call him Wayne Dennison aka "The hydrolic press" slow, but it definitely will crush you to pieces
That lawyer is useless.
"Yeah"
@k m I agree..he's very skilled
I think he is ok, but he cannot talk fluently enough, so that it is for me not enjoyable to listen like to Camille. Many "ehm", "right", and so
I had never heard of Amber Heard. I watched Aquaman and don’t remember her. I don’t take that the light will shine on her because I only remember Jason.
Agree
This lawyer takes away people's souls.....
Each attorney on JD’s team is SUPER competent and brillant!
This lawyer guy is so suitable for this cross examination, he watched more movies, more knowledgable about Hollywood, show business than this "expert"
Most probably he did his homework unlike the "expert" witness
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides had a budget of $250 million. Worldwide, it made about $$1.06 BILLION in theaters, and that's not counting merchandise or the DVD / Blu-Ray sales that followed. This woman doesn't know enough to be commenting on the things she is commenting on.
Trust me. She knows. She's just lying intentionally.
Of course she knows. Enough to not be an expert on court
We may have talk as they did in a bar between two megapints (IDC Heineken or Guinness)
Didn't she talk about the agreement JD had, and said they had no contract? On that matters, verbal agreement is contract (they didn't have a signed contract) And she talked like managers don't talk and make agreements before a franchise stages a film, like they don't need to know if a star is available or who the main cast is to adapt and put forward a project
Now let's put that guy from Hollywood to talk with that witness
Ludicrous.
Amusing, but ridiculous
@Axios Most of her people are doing it with no conscience whatsoever. I think only that male therapist doctor tried to be kind on Johnny. But everyone else have been throwing him under the bus and humiliate him to the core.
She is delusional blind for the money she get paid for taking favor to her client . Lol
The $250MM does not account for marketing.
But I agree with you, she absolutely had no idea regarding what she’s talking about. A random cinephile friend of mine would know a lot more, both in terms of public facts and about the workings of agent-talent relationships lol.
She doesn’t seem to know a lot considering this is her job.....
"You're a movie buff!"
Uhhh... he did the basic research that you shoulda done, lady.
This 'expert' witness is comparing AH's career trajectory to Mamoa, Gadot, Zendaya, Chris Pine...?!?!? Not even close.
This same 'expert' also said that how can JD consider Pirates 6 a loss if it hasn't materialized yet.... then proceeds to estimate AH's loss for future films, endorsements, commercials, etc that hasn't even happened yet. Yeah, that makes sense
She compared Heard to actors/actreses that got leading role in movie
She doesn't even know Amber's resume lol
Blasphemy
I don’t remember Amber heard before this trial. She had no screen presence in aquaman either. What’s this person talking about?
i was thinking the same thing. i’ve watched The Danish Girl twice and it was until Johnny Depp sued her and I googled her that It said she was in the movie. Completely went over my head. I didn’t even know who she was when Aquaman came out to be honest and this expert claims Aquaman is one of the “biggest” movies… maybe to DC Comics though…
I never even heard of Aqua man. And never knew of Amber until this trial.
Thank you! I thought Aquaman was another actress! When this trial started I had to go look up who she was!!🤔🤷🏼♀️
Yep,, I watched the rum diaries a couple of years ago, (the movie where they met) and I had no idea she was the woman in the movie till this trial too lol
Completely agree. No idea who she was before aquaman and even after I saw it she didn't stick with me. I didn't want to go out and watch her past movies or anything. She and Jason momoa had NO chemistry, she is a terrible actor and had no right to be in that movie
Love this lawyers voice he’s perfect for cross. He comes across not combative but sure of himself
I noticed that when it's Mr. Dennison doing the cross examination, there isn't much objections from Amber's side. I thought because he was laying foundations before attacking with questions and he's doing it carefully, you can see that before he speaks he's really thinking carefully maybe that's why he's a bit slower than the other lawyers.
Momoa from 4 million to 50 million. Amber from1 million to 2 million to 3 million to 4 million. Clearly Amber is not sharing in Momoa's light to stardom. For the fact that the rise is miniscule that you are going to ask for a 100'million damages is ridiculous.
When I watched this testimony online, I saw many people gave this lawyer many negative comments. They were ignorant. This man was trying to lure her into traps that would discredit her, and it succeeded. She was poorly informed and fed with scripts that Amber's team gave her. His shuttering style of asking was to make the questions unpredictable and engaging the opposite a feeling that they were not aware of the consequence of their answers due to his seemingly lack of confidence. If you are a true movie fan, you will know at the end of this testimony, she's either straight-up arrogant and lack of knowledge or dishonest for someone in her position.
I totally agree. He was brilliant.
I like his "Columbo" style. I like his stuttering because it shows he wishes to be precise and it keeps me hanging on his question and the witnesses cannot wiggle out of his traps.
I agree. Everyone from Johnny Depp's team are assassins. Someone else posted that Wayne Dennison's style is the silent train that hits you, whereas Camille Vasquez is the train you see coming that hits you. All of them killed these fools with The Truth.
Much like Columbo
Depp, as an actor, is golden. Heard, as an a tress, is plastic wrap.
This lawyer is really good. He has a way about it, more charistmatic and likeable than let's say Rottenborn.
I can't believe Amber was claiming $50 Million in Losses. What a joke!
she doesn’t even make a million in movies (aquaman) 😬
$100 million actually 🤣🤣🤣 Delusional
She will have her sugars daddy pays for it
😅😅😅 swinging for the fences
@@GarethOwenFilmGOwen You mean the "feces", right?
Johnny Depp has won regardless of whatever the outcome of the trial is. He's gained his reputation back in front of the public, period.
Uh, no.
@@susan9630 Elaborate
What he has done is to once again air his filthy laundry, ranging from violent, graphic, horrifying texts to assaults, to being so intoxicated he becomes incontinent, being unwilling or unable to show up to work, being incredibly jealous and insecure, being a narcissist, an abuser, a drug addict and a drunken sot.
Also wasting his fortune on acting like a fool and blaming everyone else for his problems.
Most people in the USA will have paid little attention to the UK trial, but now it is all in public right here. Disney will never touch him again and he is likely to be uninsurable for movies going forward.
Not if she gets money from this, she must lose her case. Paying your abuser is like someone twisting a dagger in your heart.
And Amber has lost
We call him the Wizard destroyer, it doesn’t matter if you have spent a life time learning and being an expert, he will make you look incompetent no matter what 😂😂😂
She’s as delusional as AH !! She must be embarrassed when she really considers what shes saying but she cant honestly believe what shes saying !!
This is ridiculous you just cannot compare Ambers career to Johnny's so why is she even trying to pretend it is. Amber is no loss to the movie industry.
Key point: The witness states, “There aren’t that many in that pool.” Exactly! Only the stars are in that pool… And she’s NOT a star!
Nobody can claim she is a star or that she was on track to become one. Especially after what she’s trying to pull.
In Aquaman Nicole Kidman had more presence than her with 10% of AH minutes in the film!!!
@@joseneto9412 That is because Kidman can actually act.
I am 30 minutes away from the completion of an upload called: This Is The Only Video You Ever Need To watch About Johnny Depp And Amber Heard.
AH was only famous because she was Depp's wife and thats when attention started...full stop!
The Zendaya comparison is the one that blew my mind. Yeah she's MJ in Spiderman but one of the reasons why she was cast was due to her built-in popularity from her Disney Days.
The last two actresses who had their careers take off in their early-to-mid 30's:
1. Jessica Chastain, who won an Oscar earlier this year. Her career took off in 2011 when Tree of Life, the Help, and Take Shelter came out.
2. Gemma Chan had her breakout year in 2018 at 35 with Crazy Rich Asians. She'd done small movies but largely did tv series in the UK for the prior decade.
Amber Heard isn't on their level as an actress, she's not as talented - she comes off wooden and emotionless or bored.
I do love that the male attorney questioning her was so cool headed, she held her own but it certainly felt like spin.
