Honestly Wayne Dennison is such a great attorney. And his "mic drops" basically "no further questions" at the end of the cross examination are so brilliant because he stops exactly there where he caughts them.

This lawyer is considered one of the top 5 cross-examiners in the civil litigation business in all of America. He is incredible. Camille had a great experience cross'ing Amber, but Amber was her own worst enemy and would never admit she did anything wrong. I think Camille's rock star moment were her objections to Elaine's re-direct. She was like a Tommy gun and I was totally blown away. But Dennison is the one who prepped Johnny for cross - by being the 'baddie'. He did a brilliant job preparing Johnny.

Attorney Dennison is a brilliant lawyer! He had the most difficult job of cross examining Heard’s experts. When cross examining an expert, Dennison had to not only know the subject matter that each expert witness is testifying about, but he also had to minimize the reliability of what the experts said on direct examination in order to question the credibility of the experts in the jury’s minds. The fact that most people think that Heard’s team had terrible “experts” means Dennison did his job well!

Camille’s crosses were the most consequential and damaging. Ben’s closing was the best and most memorable. Wayne’s crosses had been the most effective and took great skill - he had the hardest witnesses to cross and about testimonies relating to complicated subject matters.

He's a very good lawyer, I think he's president or something of his local bar in Boston. Law students and trial lawyers can learn just by watching him, listening to his questions and how he organizes his assault. Even Amber's lawyers watched in awe as he skewered their experts. He has a disarming casual style but knows the soft points where he can expose weaknesses. He's also got great pipes for the courtroom. And a lunging interrogatory style ("But didn't you say in your deposition...?" and "Wouldn't you agree that...?"), and ends on a strong positive helpful to his side. No grandstanding, always respectful, he didn't sit up front with Johnny's legal team, didn't stay for the verdict, most reports of Depp's lawyers didn't even mention his name. All the same he showed how to parry with the experts and expose the flaws or irrelevancies of their opinions, a lawyer's lawyer.

Her first EVER successful movie was Aquaman, all thanks to Jason Mamoa. Amber Heard did not bring in the 1B+ revenue and that is shown by her lacklustre projects post-Aquaman 1.

I disagree. I am Team Depp but Deep Roy wasn't well known in the west until he was in Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, thanks to Depp. Amber could've both trained under Depp to strengthen her acting & meeting his film industry contacts & if it didn't take & she couldn't train to be a better actor for a lead role, at least could've enjoyed a successful career playing bit roles in his Blockbuster movies he produces. He wouldn't deny his wife an opportunity to live out her dream, even if he had to make a film himself.
Depp was probably her last chance to make it in the industry. It's ageism in Hollywood that determines why she can't do it at that age, after all. Let's not throw women actors under the bus cos we don't like Amber.

She just says she didn't know Pine was in Star Trek and then says she used him as an example in his trajectory because he has been in Star Trek and superhero movie... what. Pick did or didn't you know. I'm also pretty baffled how little she knows about movies in general being in the business, she doesn't even know Pattinson is the new Batman.. that's not even some fringe niche info but something I feel she should know if she makes these estimates. Comparisons, Pattinson have had one of the most interesting careers to follow how it have played out by his choices of roles.

@@kayjay7626 well to be fair she is just the right age to see Clooney as the suave ultimate charisma guy 😂 Clooney has had interesting career too since at the time not many did make the leap from tv (he was in E.R) to movies. Novadays it's whatever if someone is doing a series or a movie if it's just quality stuff. But yeah if you have any respect towards the art of acting then Christian Bale should be quite huge name to your ears even if Bale didn't hit the role of Batman like he would have wanted. Still just a movie like The Machinist is just something else, his performance is truly captivating and there is multiple of those hits in his career. Super dedicated guy.

Basically Johnny Depp made Amber famous just by his broken marriage with her. She would not be famous without her marriage with him and would not have even got the role of Aquaman without him.
It is telling because Amber Heard definitely has the beauty to have been famous on her own but I don’t think she had the acting chops to do it. That’s my assumption.
