- During the defamation trial on Tuesday, Hollywood expert Richard Marks testified that Amber Heard's career is not comparable to Jason Momoa's. He stated that it is not accurate to expect Heard to get the same salary raises that Momoa gets for Aquaman and other television series.

That's the narcissism in BPD for you. Narcs always see themselves as the smartest and most talented in the room. In reality, Amber is easily replaceable as an actor. You don't remember her. Anyone can play the roles she plays.

She’s so hyper aware of being watched whilst she’s being critiqued. Whenever a witness has testimony that doesn’t reflect well on her, she ‘writes notes’ constantly and avoids glaring at the witness and jury as usual. She exaggerates her facial expressions and her nodding when her lawyers whisper something. It’s like she goes into ‘act fine, look unbothered, look content’ mode.

Amber DID NOT like this testimony one bit. She is very active on her seat, writing notes, writing on post-its and giving them to her lawyers, whispering with Elaine, and trying really hard not to show frustration by keeping a seemingly still face which wasn’t still at all.

@@VinnyUnion It really wasn't a great movie at all. Then again, I'm not a Mamoa fan, and hadn't even heard of Amber Heard when I watched it, and thought nothing of her again afterwards. The entire movie was forgettable. That it was so incredibly successful is quite honestly a pretty sad reflection of American culture at this point.
I literally had never even heard of Amber Heard before the trial with Johnny. To compare her career with Jason Mamoa's, Gal Gadot's, Zendaya's, etc. is a joke. Literally the only movie I've ever heard her name attached to is Aquaman.
Also, something I find really annoying is the fact that the judge verbally stops all of Johnny's witnesses from talking when AH's attorneys object, but she lets AH ramble on and on after an objection has been raised by Johnny's attorneys and doesn't stop her. Even when Camille literally asked the judge to tell AH to stop talking as soon as Camille raised an objection, the judge refused. It's really starting to make me angry.

@@thecamil10 worth to add that in fact, if we exclude 1989 (as Mamoa played 1 role then and had 14 years of break) Heard's acting career is only 1 year shorter than his and 3 years longer than Gal Gadot's. So it's not like Johnny, when we compare 28 years with 19 years. It's 19, 18, 15.

I agree. I believed every word he said. He was quick to respond with with zero hesitation. He used terminology that anyone outside of the business could understand. That was very helpful for the jury because they were able to really understand everything he was talking about. And it just makes sense. He was a very good witness. 100% credible.

The fact that she thinks her career loses are worth anything close to 100 million shows how deluded she is. She wouldn’t have made anything close to that even without all this backlash. She’s just not a good actress. Johnny has to know he’s not getting a dime-she can’t even meet her charity pledges. She’s in this for the money. He’s not.
a good actress would be able to pull out honest emotions, they would be able to cry on cue and play the victim much better than what she is doing. But to be able to cry on cue you have to feel the regret or the emotions that causes you to need to cry to begin with.
She could have honoured her charity obligations when she received her settlement. She was earning good money. She chose not to.

Right here he, as an actual practicing, working Hollywood lawyer who negotiates deals for big name actors, is putting his foot down against a person who proudly calls herself an "expert" in the same industry. That's why Amber tried soooooo hard to not have cameras inside. She knew she was done once Johnny and his legal team's request to have them in the courtroom was approved. Let us not forget that Amber and her counsel tried to dismiss this trial from happening 4 times before, the 5th time was JUUST before it was her turn to testify. She never wanted to testify because she knew the nonsense we'd hear, and have listened to, throughout this trial. She's a POS who needs to not only pay Johnny that 50 mill, I wish the jury could also instruct her to pay Jonny that 7 mill directly, so HE can give It to the charities. Since she's clearly failed to deliver. She hadn't even signed the pledge document yet. That was SIX years ago. We would have never known her level of deceit if we depended on the press to give us the news.

I have yet to see Johnny look up throughout most of the trial, while wearing tinted glasses. He does not come off as someone who is incensed by this article when he’s laughing about how many drugs he takes. I have yet to see Amber smile or laugh about any of this, that is the behavior of a victim. However, I’m not completely on her side. There are a few instances that someone with borderline personality disorder does that can trigger someone to actually seek out more drugs than they were already taking, knowing that they were about to face a firing squad when they would come home. She will grill you as to where you were, [JD] whom you were with, what did you do, how many drugs did you do and why? The video and recording she made was not to show him what his behavior was after he had nodded off, it was truly a “methodical” operation, done by Amber, knowing that if Johnny were to leave her, she believed the information she compiled was so damning, that Johnny was just given to her.

I also didn't sit there stone faced when my abuser was lying on the stand' I was visably upset. You don't need dramatics when you are telling the truth.

I saw Aquaman 3 times. I’m a 52 year old woman. 😎 I like super hero movies, but I love Jason Momoa. I didn’t realize that Amber Heard was Mera until the lawsuit in England. No one cares about Mera. Jason MADE that movie 100% of what it is.
Throughout the whole trial AH has managed to remain still. Here, you can tell she is uncomfortable listening to him. She is trying every tactic to avoid and distract herself.
Also, her avoidance is her subconsciously saying to the room, "I don't care what he is saying" (But we all know she does )

My cousin met Amber when she worked on a film in Texas back in 2005 or 2006. She said everyone disliked her because she carried a real spoiled, nasty attitude for a no-name actress. She let her dogs crap all over her trailer and left everyone to clean it up, and she stayed in heated arguments with her then girlfriend, making everything tense. I think some people on her team destroyed themselves by not being able to think of creative ways to re-word their questions. If you watch, a large portion of the objections by the Depp team were hearsay and elaine and other struggled to word their questions in a way to work around that.
Looks like her image consultants told her to interact more with her lawyers. But she appears to be overdoing it.

But it doesn't mean she was adored by many like the friends cast or even just quite popular. She did all this intentionally and laughed with her freeloading friends at him. The physical and mental torture he suffered is heartbreaking. All for her greed.

Watching Amber Heard’s behavior during this trial killed any desire to see her in any future movies. She’s definitely not comparable to any of the actors named by her “expert” witness. She can’t even convincingly portray herself.
I'm a math nerd. I loved listening to AH justify the $100M figure for her lawsuit. And even with her overcompensation, the witness only got up to $45M.
