It must sting a little to hear from the boss that "we had to add movie magic to fake the chemistry because your acting couldn't pull it off naturally" (I'm paraphrasing of course). Yet, her expert had the audacity to compare AH to Jason Momoa, Zendaya, Gal Gadot, etc to predict lost earnings, smh. I had never even heard of AH's name until the trial.
I did watch Aquaman (it was good), also that's the first time I've heard of her and later knew that she's Johnny Depp's spouse. I knew Johnny Depp even before watching Pirates of Carribean, proly through Edward Scisorhand.
Johnny would've probably had a problem if she exhibited chemistry with Jason Mamoa😂Amber is already being blamed for his divorce.

I agree that it's "for sure" but it would have absolutely nothing to do with what Hamada said. The comments were honest but they were also very innocuous. Momoa & Heard lacked chemistry in the 1st film but they still chose to employ her rather than recast her in the 2nd. And I'm willing to bet that she knew about the edits-for-chemistry & rolled with it. It was her first major roll & she was likely just happy that they made it work.

This is hilarious. Amber Heard's lawyers brought a Disney exec on to say Johnny didn't lose any role as a result of her op-ed. By contrast, Johnny's team brought a WB executive on to say Heard almost lost a role but it was because she is a bad actress, not because of anything Johnny or his lawyers did. Both served the same purpose legally, but in the court of public opinion, very, very, very different. Amber and her team are so far out of their league, it's painful to watch.

I'm a Christian... To be honest with you I think there are really bad spirits around Amber and whoever gets involved with her is being affected by it. She's someone I would even avoid to have small talk with. She's downright evil and can't really help but harm everyone around her. It's her nature.

That's not actually what he said. He said that a routine problem (lack of chemistry) occurred and they considered replacing one of the actors. This literally happens all the time and it isn't directly related to acting ability. Some of the biggest actors today don't have chemistry with each other.

It seems to me that all of the witnesses that testified did not testify in Heard's favour.
Even people who know her, were not exactly in the top of her game.
From what I see her own lawyers on putting on a lack luster performance.
It's a total difference for Johnny Depp. His lawyers are going at it 100%.
Johnny Depp, on the other hand, seems to me to be a nice guy.
Whether it be on a talk show, in his films, even when he testifies,
Depp always comes off as, if you'll the expression, "just one guy."
All of the witnesses seem to have spoken in his favour, even her witnesses helped him out.
I get the idea that Depp is nice to anybody and everybody. A waitress, a gofer, the guy who picks him up with the limo,
a kid who recognizes him on the street, people who work with him in the film in the film industry.

“What do you mean by fabricate?”. He made it pretty clear to the viewers and I imagine it was made clear to the jury of what he meant. There wasn’t chemistry, therefore the editing team had to make the illusion of them having chemistry by composing specific shots together and in combination with other controlled variables such as music selection. Fabricate just meant “to give the illusion” in this context but for some reason, the lawyer is slow. It’s the same layer who couldn’t fathom how Isaac could kiss Amber on the cheek as a greeting without it being weird.
I think he was trying to inch his way to say that the fabricated the evidence that they have "no chemistry".
The first thing that came to mind while watching Aquaman was that there was no chemistry between Jason and Amber. Now, when 2 actors are great actors, they can 'act' like they have chemistry. Obviously Amber did not have the acting skills to pull this off.

That’s because it would have been more expensive to recast than to pick up her option for Aquaman 2. The film was only going to have less than 10 minutes of her on screen b/c the film is going to be about Jason Momoa and Patrick Wilson. Anyone else would have cost them a few million more for 10 minutes or less. So they went with the cheaper option by keeping her as that role.

As a victim and survivor and having worked for 3 decades with victims both men and women I find her changing stories, lack of evidence, robotic behaviour when relating details that even I myself after 35 years cannot repeat easily to anyone let alone in court and not one tear or runny nose? If she is a victim then all I can say is she is the exception to just about every single behaviour, attitude, speech pattern etc I’ve ever seen and I’ve accompanied a lot of vics to court and seen them torn up. To go from talking about SA/DV/R to smirking and preening is bizarre.
It pains me to not believe a victim. It also saddens me greatly that if what I believe is true she is damaging hard work that myself, colleagues around the world and our advocates have fought for long and hard.
She lost me 100% when she lied about donations. Victims don’t need to lie to emphasise their trauma or manipulate jurors they are beyond that by the time they have to face their perpetrators and struggle to maintain composure they don’t have time to make up stories or ad-lib.
If I’m wrong shame on me but please research victims and survivors there are multiple agencies, people and even channels all speaking out on this and if you are passionate about victims I suggest you could use your time doing much more good than making signs hoping Amber might notice you.

Walter Hamada's testimonial was awesome. It really brought forward the reality of moviemaking, which is that there are movies where the main star and its co-actor or co-actress do not have any chemistry and that only through the magic of editing, overacting from the other cast members, and music making can such an illusion occur. It is sad, but it is a reality. And with Aquaman, it was great to hear him admit that Momoa and Heard did not get along at all. This was something everyone saw in the promotion of the film. Even in the trailer, Amber's voice over and her performance was cringing and flat. There were even a few clips of Mera online and in all of them, AH was out of place. Her acting was non-existent and viewers were not impressed by her. There were even posts online saying that Camille Vasquez, Emilia Clarke or even Johnny could play Mera better than Amber and it is true. There are so many people who could play all of AH's roles better than her. And with Aquaman, her performance as Mera could have been done better by anybody. Besides, if the movie made money it is entirely due to Jason Momoa. He was the one carrying the movie, not her. And as Hamada confirmed, she was not and never was the main cast figure. Thanks to him, we see how the goings-on behind the film had nothing to do with the Depp activists or with the lawsuit, but rather due to her terrible performance and chemistry with Momoa. Overall, casting AH was a very bad move for WB. It brought a massive load of PR mess toward the film series. And as we know that the second film will be the last one in the series, this situation occured both because of the situation with AH, but also because of the new individuals in charge of DC Films. As to whether or not AH is still in the second film, or that her performance was recast and redone by somebody else, that remains to be seen. Either way, if she is in the film, the movie will face massive boycotts and lots of boos during AH's short scenes (as Mera is supposed to appear only during 10 minutes of the film).
Either way, the revelations here have been strong and showed how much AH was not a good choice for the Aquaman series. And as we all know, the only reason they cast AH is because she was with Johnny Depp when the casting decisions happened. If not, she would not be in the film.
After all what happened in Court, AH's career in cinema is not looking good. And I don't think people will be too interested in seeing her stuff. Though this is not a real surprise as everytime she does a film as a main star, it either bombs or her performance is booed.

It’s because he’s a honest neutral witness, the only witnesses with credible testimonies should in fact be the neutral ones. This would include the 3 police officers who claimed amber heard had no injuries and she didn’t want to comply with their investigation (even though she called them).
He was a very credible witness, but I would say Dr Curry was the best, she was just formidable and was cross-examined in way more depth than Mr Hamada. Even though AH forced WB to respond I don't think they wanted to grill him too much and damage their relationship, Elaine did not try to provoke or undermine him.
