- Johnny Depp's attorney took major issue with Amber Heard's expert witness testifying about a list of actors she claimed were comparable to Amber Heard in determining how much money Heard lost from negative publicity. The comps included the star of 'Aquaman' and 'Game of Thrones' Jason Momoa, 'Wonder Woman' star Gal Gadot and 'Star Trek' lead actor Chris Pine, all of whom have appeared in much bigger roles than Heard. The attorney methodically went through each actor's career and how they are way above Heard in terms of career success.

This lawyer is extremely underrated. He has a different approach to Camille but he is just as effective. Brilliant work 👏🏼
As a lawyer my self, he is likely a partner and is more experienced and his style is the preferred approach in many cases. Especially used when cross examining intelligent people. Both highly effective but there is a reason to have more than one counsel.

This is painful to listen to. This consultant is so naive. She’s not currently working as an agent. The attorney is being so painstakingly careful. He must prove to the jury that she doesn’t know what (the hell) she’s talking about, but at the same time be gentle and not humiliate her. I think think he does walks on eggshells quite well.
And she seems annoyed that she even has to answer questions. It's surprising how her team managed to gather the absolute most dislikeable "experts" ever!

@@DT61636 Got the movie on dvd because ... Momoa. It's not a bad movie, good effects, fun, Momoa's grin shines through and the story isn't bad. Kidman is lovely as his Mum and is what one would expect of an Atlantean in her first experience of land life ... alien on some levels. Heard's Mera acts basically like she's split her time between land and sea her entire life and nothing surprises her, she just takes it all in stride. Now, part of that could be awkward directing, but knowing the character from back in the day, not a good choice.

It's interesting to watch him let them talk themselves into a hole know they'll contradict later. Props to this dude for his nonchalant straight forward approach

I feel like this lawyer's technique is being well overlooked. The way Heard's team tries and fails to discredit experts with muffins is beyond laughable, but the way this gent digs into this woman's credibility just by asking simple questions that not only a general mainstream movie-goer would be able to recite, but an "industry expert" can't even recall is impressive. Not only is he making her look ignorant of surface level information, he's doing so in a way that makes it almost impossible for opposing counsel to recover.

Dennison did a great job showing the lack of expertise of this expert. Really was uncomfortable to watch how she tried to manipulate the jury into thinking AH was at the same level as the actors she mentioned. Lack of knowledge about those actors and their careers was evident as well.
