Johnny sleeping is not evidence of violence or even drug use. I've napped most of my life. Especially since I've gotten older. You nap because your life is busy or the people around you are exhausting, and you're tired. You might nap out of avoidance. I've seen DV victims, their black eye(s) went from eyebrow to eyebag and nose to edge of eyebrow. I don't even know how someone could hit you and leave two dots, one under each eye in the eyebag area. Those look more like needle marks from Botox injections.

I think that Johnny was drugged up in those pictures and knocked out, I still believe what he said. Hope he gets and stays clean. I have repeated several times that IO Tillet Wright took pictures of Johnny's daughter Lily Rosa when she was 13 or 14 and put them in a LBGT magazine without her mother or fathers consent. Amber knew all about it but never said a word about it until Johnny's daughter came to him upset. Johnny threw IO out of the penthouses, he should have thrown Amber out at the same time. Amber's friends seem to have no problem with that.
Amber just threw away any of her rebuttal pity points with the cross-examination. She looked so angry and practically calling everyone liars at the end.

She’s prepared when she’s talking to her attorneys. They’ve gone over every question already. Johnny‘s attorneys ask her questions that take her off guard. It leaves her vulnerable and open to slip up, which is the whole idea of a good cross examination.

Before court the attorney was calling the opposing attorney every name in the book. Right after the case ended, the attorneys met up out in the hall shook hands and made a date to meet for drinks. You can't believe that the attorneys like their clients either.
Why dont they mention that abusers usually isolate their victims. All her friends and family lived with the,. Nobody has ever seen him hit her.
This is a really good point of view. As a dv survivor my abuser isolated me from everyone and even tried to isolate my babies from me so I would be completely alone with him. He would take my money so I had no means of leaving, he would take my car or my keys unless he was with me I wasn’t allowed to drive anywhere, I wasn’t allowed to see my family if he wasn’t with me. I had no friends, no hobbies, I couldn’t even go grocery shopping alone because he feared I would tell someone what was going on in my home. Complete isolation. Complete control. What she describes as johnnys “power” seems like Johnny is a kindhearted man who let a bunch of lowlifes squat in his penthouses. That doesn’t sound like isolation.

However, I personally was and remain only interested in justice and truth for the party who has been wronged or if no one has, than the case be dismissed. Based on how the trial played out, is why I came to my own opinion. Not on a biased rampage because of a fan base OR on the flip side because of a deep seeded hatred towards men in general. There is a weakness and loss of energy that comes from people who are abuse victims... There is this fatigue in the tone of people who are so sick of being misrepresented. The anger and the viciousness she exhibited is inconsistent -- it is the failure of her research on how to act like a victim.

You’d think this woman who is so prone to photographing and recording every single argument (and the aftermath of the argument) would have a single photo, video, or audio recording supporting her claim of abuse. In fact, that’s one of the first things I’d do. I’d be buying nanny cams, spy cams, keep my phone recording audio 24/7…and backing it up to a cloud server. She’s a millionaire. She could certainly afford surveillance equipment. And she alleges this abuse went on for years? Yeah right.
Even her sister didn’t make any attempts to call the police or make recordings and she was there when he allegedly was going to push her down the stairs. Exactly. I have trouble ‘watching’ for any length of time. Triggers are everywhere for me. Palms sweaty even now and breathing is shallow. It has taken me since yesterday to finish this one.
Thats why people who went through anxiety / panic attacks know that certainly this trial would trigger those things during the trial. So in my opinion its just weird that if she is experiencing those things it doesnt show.

The point of that is to draw attention to how absurd the amount of money they’re being paid to be there. General Physicians make between $77-$130 per hour. An expert witness being paid $1000 per hour to not provide any service to patients - they’re just talking and answering questions - and being paid over ten times more than they’d get paid doing their job.
Look how much juries get paid. No matter what job the jurors have, they’re only paid like $30 per day. Expert witnesses should either receive a flat fee per day or have an hourly rate that’s more reasonable.
