    Mine diet chart is like that:-
    *Morning breakfast- tea with suger free biscuit*
    *Breakfast- bread butter/mixed salad*
    *Lunch - Chapati with Mashed curry*
    *Snacks - Lemon juice*
    *Dinner - Chocos/Flour Maggie(Ata Maggie)*

    my 22 year age My weight 93 kg but If there is a lot of hunger, then we eat more food to reduce the hunger or what to eat so that the stomach remains full for the whole day and eat less.

      I don't know much but i think you can have pulses or soaked sprouts ,chana or any green vegetables , vegetables soup and less sugar fruits , you can eat them in large portion as these food items wont contain large calories but make sure you exercise regularly and you can also have paneer , wheat but in portion control eat more vegetables, fruits

    If u do intermittent fasting with your recipes be much healthier. Meaning eat like at 10am than stop eating at 6pm, only problem the golden milk hv to be taken before 6pm. Thank you for your recipes.

      aisa ksy ho skta... dieting or walk tez tez one hr daily must... breakfast mn aik brown bread, tea chota half cup with 3 pinch brown sugar n egg, lunch mn glutton free flour ki 6 inch cd size chapati with salad and proteins lo ap, chicken, chicken gizzard(pota), sweet corn with salad bowl, kbi safaid chana chat, lunch mn, green tea 2 cup daily, beef, mutton, no rice, no sugar, no fast food. oats leny us mn 2 dates natural sweet k liye or aik bnana.. mtlb proteins leny sirf. carbs ni leny 5kg jy ga one month

    Thanks for sharing, but what worked for you may not work for others. Instead try sharing things like calorie deficit (which may be different for each person based on their gender , age and lifestyle) , and healthy diet. If ppl know how things work then it's easier for them to achieve their goal.
