Hello Bro I tried this steps, I wanted to share files from Win 10 Pro to Win 11 but it didn't work. All steps correctly followed in Win 10pro, but in the other laptop when I click on Network, nothing shows up. Both Laptops on the same network but not sure why it did not work.

Just right click on the shared folder on the sending PC & select properties. Next click on the sharing tab & then click on the advanced sharing button. Next check the share this folder checkbox & click on the apply button & finally click on the OK button.

hello. i did everything suggested here but i still do not see any deivices in my Network folder. i have both my pc's on the same network, both have file sharing turned on, i created my shared folder on my "file source", but my "file recepient" still does not see it in the network folder. thanks for any help.
I have doubt I want to share files to my friend lap the same method what you saying but it's not connected same wifi network because the lap is far away let me know is it possible or no !

Copy network path option from sending pc. then press window+R key on receiving pc and paste network path and click on ok . Files will be show.

If your shared folder on your other pc isn't showing, try changing your wifi networkto a private one

I would imagine that the shared folder is better for sharing larger files. The nearby share would be best for smaller files.
