I’m all about ‘the energy’. You can just tell this guy is a wonderful guy, the kind of guy you’d want as a gym buddy and a friend. I have had shoulder pain for many years and accidently arrived to your channel. This kind of short strech after exercuse is a life changer to me! I do chest and shoukder cool down (10min) and feel no pain anymore!😀 Your video is only 5 minute and you are not explaining theory so I really like it! Thank you very much!
+Tareem Cutler You should, I didn’t do them one day and got a really bad muscle pull on my left calf muscle. Toe touches, stretching your quads, and stretching your biceps/triceps for 15 seconds are fine. I always do these stretches before any workout focusing on any muscle group and IT HELPS A LOT. There’s a lot less tension and improves the workout effectiveness!

On my second day of starting to work out again after a really rough leg day the cooldown i happened to choose did wonders and made the soreness so much less than the abs day before even tho the workout itself burned more. I was struggling to find other cool downs for other days that worked the same then I found this series and without fail ten minuets cuts days of pain out of the equation and I can workout more consistently because of it. Thank you so much!

Drained after a heavy shoulder workout..followed by a bogus drama that brought headache..dead on bed and found this stretching. Wow..thats awesome and now i'm looking for some analgesic :/

I have made it a point to do the 10 min static stretching. If my shoulders (or any body part really) are particularly tight I can use these to do after the 10 minute.
My arm used to hurt in my shoulder when throwing a baseball, and I’m only 16! After doing this a couple times after I started working out my shoulders, I can’t even control my own strength haha. thank u lots mike
It’s a must for longevity under the bar. I finally started a few months ago and I’ll never go back to throwing off the wraps and hopping in the shower.
