    Thank you so much! I've been working through your mobility playlist, and I'd love to throw in a request to add in hand/finger exercises as you build out your mobility content. One of my hands is significantly tighter due to computer mousing, and I bet I'm not the only one. Thank you!

      I second this, I'm trying to learn sign language and physically can't make many of the signs because my hands/fingers are so tight

    There are so many do this every day yoga and stretching practices in RUclips. Way more than 24 hours put together. I would like to see ultimate do this every day video that combines all the essential ones together.

      This is for you to decide which ones make you feel good and help you. We cannot do this work for you and provide you a shortcut not generalize it. You have to put in the work yourself and plan your own day and week. This also changes as life goes on and your body has different needs as well as your mind and emotions. This is one routine you should absolutely do every day for the rest of your life. That’s five minutes if you do it in your own pace. It is true that if you’re serious about self care you will need to invest 2-3 hours at least daily into yourself.

      first of all, thanks for enjoying our free content. thank you for the request of more videos and even a separate channel. this channel is a full time job, it is not that easy to simply add another one. we are not certified in kids yoga and therefore won't teach it any time soon. it's important to seek a certified kids teacher that knows about the developmental stages and appropriate methods to teach the ideas and systems.
