You have to put in the work yourself and plan your own day and week. This also changes as life goes on and your body has different needs as well as your mind and emotions. This is one routine you should absolutely do every day for the rest of your life. That’s five minutes if you do it in your own pace. It is true that if you’re serious about self care you will need to invest 2-3 hours at least daily into yourself.

I second this, I'm trying to learn sign language and physically can't make many of the signs because my hands/fingers are so tight

What’s the difference in the exercise for the scapular and the exercise for the shoulder?
