Having 2 jobs and a master degree course running, I was kinda disappointed with myself for being a bit far from yoga, something that I found out during the pandemics, and helped me so much. I'm coming back slow and... to be honest, I felt like a potato bag in this one. Damm... 3 months being lazy and I couldn't keep it up in a 10 min class... but it helped me to realize that...I was losing my balance... what... for me is all about the yoga lifestyle. Thank you so much for this class... I will do it for an entire month to take out the rust.

Looking forward to starting 2024 with a premium subscription on patreon, not to lack of content on RUclips but the practices are already so amazing and rich, thank you for crafting simple, gently and effective content that we didn’t know we needed:) I always wanted to love yoga but found it hard to connect and stay consistent in the past. The way you introduced meditation as a necessity makes yoga all the more engaging. I use an app to help guide me in meditation, so now my favorite things in the morning are to get a yoga/strength session in and meditation:)

Thanks, Flo! I so agree that the micro-workout style is gaining ground with so many work-life balances changing, and you understand it first-hand with the birth of your son, of course. I laughed a while back when you mentioned that a "short" practice for you is an hour (is that right?) b/c for the first 10-12 years or so for me, all of my (all in-person) yoga classes were 90 minutes, and since I trained that way, I could not understand any benefit could come from a short 20 minute class. We would at times have a mini-workshop during a class to work on an arm balance or something challenging and fun. Now, I love the micro style and today, for example, I did a dance cardio, Tabata, abs, yoga session and this micro class and felt good all day (and had fun). Thanks for the variety of classes and your perspective which is very valuable and valued. BTW, passing 500K subscribers, Yikes, nice work. 🥰
Still sore from your 30min power yoga flow yesterday and tbh I nearly skipped today's workout. Glad I came upon this micro workout vid! Will do another one later 🎉
Oh nice. I am grateful for you posting this and explaining. I have been working on shorter flows that will be "achievable" to people so they don't feel overwhelmed by needed to spend an hour or more. But like you said, short practices for use throughout the day. Thanks!
