Dolphin is one of the most challenging poses for me, likely because I have gotten into the pattern of using my anterior shoulder girdle soft tissue without engaging enough help from the posterior - I am getting help training the sections of trapezius, but do you have suggestions? I didn't notice a dolphin pose tutorial; I welcome your advice, as best you can give virtually. Thank you again :)

Micro Workouts eliminate the excuse, I don't have time to workout. If a person doesn't have 10 MINUTES to workout, it means they DON'T wanna workout.
