    You helped so much with my anorexia recovery, i was under-weight, malnourished and weak. But you taught me how to make my body stronger by listening to it, and now im close to full recovery and a love for yoga AND my body.

    It's great that you released this class. I wasn't able to go through the full strength classes but this one is helping me build the foundation to follow the more demanding ones

    I appreciate these short videos! Free time is rare for me so I squeeze in quick yogas or workouts as often as I can. I rather do short workouts then nothing at all. Thank you, would love to see more short workouts and yoga videos please.

      Ive been following the channel for about a year or so. You guys are great. Im subscribe to Patreon as well . Those 2 hours session are only for the weekend though haha
      Amazing new series , just want I need with ADHD to get moving to focus at the start of my day if I wake up later.
      I'm not sure if you are have ever done a video on the journey to become a yoga. teacher? I gather from your other video that its a few years of solid practise under a solid teacher then some formal training aimed at the foundmental of teaching and so on and so on.

    Thank you for this compact power, Flo. Dolphin is one of the most challenging poses for me, likely because I have gotten into the pattern of using my anterior shoulder girdle soft tissue without engaging enough help from the posterior - I am getting help training the sections of trapezius, but do you have suggestions? I didn't notice a dolphin pose tutorial; I welcome your advice, as best you can give virtually. Thank you again :)

    Micro Workouts eliminate the excuse, I don't have time to workout. If a person doesn't have 10 MINUTES to workout, it means they DON'T wanna workout.
