    Wow I’ve attempted this about 5 times since it was released as a way to test my progress in core strength. I may have missed a couple reps, but I finally made it thru the timer on each segment 🎉 thank you!!!

    Of the entire abs workout playlist I have, this is the one I constantly return to. Played it dozens of times more than any other - and it always remains challenging no matter how often I do it. Thanks for such a great channel Breathe and Flow! 🤩🤩🤗🤗🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

    I’ve been doing these every other day and finally after a month I am able to do the “low boat rocks to low boat leans” part without my brain yelling “tap out.” 🙌🏾

    Always find myself coming back to this class for a good core strength test. I have been doing your classes everyday for the last 6 weeks and I was able to get through this entire thing without stopping today. Yoga makes your core STRONG!     I just can’t get enough of this pulse! Advanced to doing 3x back to back with 2 min break in between.. finishing off strong, burnt and covered in healthy sweat 😅 I love you guys!!!

    I remember doing this more than a year ago, it was impossible to get through without several breaks. Now I lasted 8 minutes and had to make a small break and then continued till the end :))))) the progress is clearly visible, gonna be back here in a while

    Ohhh my days that was hard but very rewarding. I collapsed a few times and couldn't complete all the times but it will happen eventually👍 Great workouts and one of the best youtube channels around for yoga and strength etc 👍 keep up the good work 👍

    Thank you guys so much for your amazing content! Just to clarify, on the forearm plank push/pull, what should I be focusing on? I know it’s a subtle movement. Thanks!

      It is difficult to see in the video we agree! 1) Focus on breathing slow, 2) Keep the tailbone tucked, 3) Pull your elbows to the toes so that you engage the entire front body and core as if you want to wrinkle up the middle of the mat. Then push the forearms forward and the toes back as if you want to stretch out the mat while still keeping the tailbone tucked. It is indeed very subtle but for sure a killer and SO HARD if done right. Hope this helps!!

      no we don't have that planned. this program provides everything you need in terms of HIIT as an addition after your yoga practice.

    The thumbs ups you guys do help so much! Loved this one! Man my entire mid section was on fire. Haha! At one point when it showed what the next part was my brain said, “Oh hell no! There’s no way Desmon!” Lol. But I stuck it through! I’m going to keep doing this one until it gets easy.

    Thank you so much for your channel! I have become so much stronger through the 28 Day Ignite program. I've started adding in Pulse workouts to my routine, on the core today, I am unable to balance for reclined cycling, low boat to boat (really boat pose in general). Any tips?

      Awesome! Wait for the other videos to be released and then you can stack them together or integrate them into your routines however you wish. Using them in the end of your flow practice or really any practice or sport is an awesome finisher!

    Although I am relatively fit, light, can follow most of the "Yoga for men", can plank for up to 4 mins etc. But I must have a severe unbalance in my core.. Exercises like these are so hard for me that I can't even target my abs without my lower back going crazy..I have proper form, no hollow back etc.
    Any tips how I can get better? Just do what I can? Or switch to other exercises? Thank you guys. Love your content!

    I’m trying to get back in shape and I’m taking it easy, using my knees and forearms whenever I need to, but I just can’t do this one. My lower back is so weak it starts screaming as soon as I try to do some kind of core workout.
    Would you recommend any of your other videos for someone with a core as weak as mine or just keep doing this series trying to do my best?

      @@BreatheAndFlow Thank you so much for taking the time to response. I am indeed doing your Embark program, and after each lesson I come and do the corresponding HIIT. I will keep taking it as easy as I can, I don’t want to hurt myself trying to take bigger steps than I should, I just want to show up everyday and be a tiny bit better than the day before.
