    *True strength anyone?*

Yessss, I loved it - the core was tough, because I did it right after Pulse Core and Upper body Pt. 1 😍
But the guided meditation on Patreon was so good afterwards! 🙂
Since you are already (hopefully 😅) here, a special Post-run Yoga would be great. I run around ~ 60 km a week and since I started doing your exercises for the feet additionally to the 'normal' stretching (like mobility for the toes from one Patreon Vinyasa or just plain stretching) and stretching for the IT-bands, I feel so much better after long runs (20-30 km).
Maybe all of that (and more - you are the experts 🤗) in one 15-20 min class ...?
Anyways thank you for sharing your practice with us! 🙏

No joke. This was brutal. Is you're strength entirely from poses/bodyweight or do you have some history of weights in your routine as well? Looking forward to digging through your archive of videos. Thanks.

      Thanks! Killer video!🔥

This was the first Breathe and Flow class I ever did, about 6 months ago, and I was falling all over, taking many breaks, and sore for 2 days after. Now after a few months of following your videos consistently this was still challenging but I took no breaks, never fell, and felt stronger and more in control through it all! It's so great to feel the progress. Love your channel!!

It's a good feeling to just power through it all with no breaks. For me it was something I decided to just do telling myself it's now or never Matthew and now I understand alot more about how the human body strengthens and just how fast you can change the body with discipline. Cheers yogi 👊

@@Haider23280 You will not know how bountiful the benefits are until you give it faith and give it 100%. Each time you do it remember to go a little bit more than last time. Hold 5 seconds more, lift 2 inches higher etc. You'll IMMEDIATELY feel on your way to a whole new you after completing your very 1st yoga treatment. Believe in it, there's really something special about it, otherwise there wouldn't be so many ppl who are lifelong yogis. Peace..

This is an all rep yoga-based strength routine and I gotta admit: I was shocked I enjoyed it as much as I did (I normally do crossfit-type workouts as I generally find slower workouts to be a mental challenge for me - the more I'm gasping for breath, the less I'm feeling the time and the reverse holds true as well)! In fact, I liked it so much I went ahead and did another of his routines. It basically goes abs, upper, then glutes and it was creativity of the routine that kept it interesting for me - side plank to runner's lunge to Warrior 3 squats into pistols was both interesting and challenging. Routines like this are outside my norm so I'm really appreciative of it and am grateful you shared such a fun challenge - thanks!
