Thank you for your battle report. Nicely painted miniatures. Bretonnians are my favorite. I have an army that I built and painted 30+ years ago. Dwarves are a very hard army to beat based on my experience over the years. Keep up the good work!
@@totalwar69 my friend and I, as we were playing the game, we’re watching a 40k game get set up next to us, and it filled us with dread with all the big objective zones, and rigid rules for terrain.
Nice to see some fun narrative and background.. I am honestly a bit sick of the min-maxed arseholery and duplicated "good units" times many. the CONSTANT just "competetive" tournamnet play.. This is much more interesting and FUN!
@@DiceMonkeyGames Yeah it is fun! i much more enjoy that! Doesn´t have to be much really.. I name my characters and bosses and then play a game.. Might roll.. But then depending on what happens, chose the next instead.. Laugh at the silly stuff.. :D Sounds like a nice plan, good initiative to get stuff to be able to play at home.. Close to the beer or coffee.. ;)
I am with you completely here. Luckily my group, though competitive, tries to play with care to the opponent in terms of meta and spam. I used to play tournaments, and did well, but found them stressful. I so prefer cool narrative and character story, to the point I will nerf my army lol
Amazing narrative battle report, really enjoyed it. Looking forward to more of such content! ^^

They're a TOUGH army. Very durable. We have a new game tomorrow, and we'll be doing a new Battle Report.
Cool bat rep, and beautifully painted armies! I'm also loving OW and find it refreshing coming from 40K

Amazing bat rep, i enjoy these shorter ones :) much more palletable
Glad you had fun, can't wait for the next one!
Great narrative and game. Love your painted minis
Awesome narrative stories!

Thanks! The two of us are both really big on narrative, so we try to incorporate it into every game.

sorry to say this but that cannon shot turn 1 shouldnt have happened they cant see over infantry unless on a hill and have height....
You’re right! I talked to by buddy the dwarf player about this so we remember it next time.
Love war hammer but i hate those movement trays so much when you have a good board and you start loosing models 😂
Colorado Springs by chance?
This was at Gamer's Haven in Spokane, WA. Though I love the Gamer's Haven in Colorado Springs!
9:50, cannon cannot shoot over his own units. You need line of sight bro.
@@resnov1 Good to know! Thanks! I’ll keep that in mind for the next game, especially as I’m building my cannon-heavy Nuln army.
😊
