I went from no sport at all to 40-60 mins hiit workout daily, just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate it. I have been doing your videos 1-2 months ago and i can already feel how much stronger I am now, and I'm really addicted to those every afternoon. I always had the motivation to workout deep inside myself but I wasnt brave enough to visit gyms, these home no equipment workouts are really attractive to me. Cheers, lets go team :)

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
This workout is amazing i’ve been hitting it for over a month now and i can see a big difference, i’m switching to her tabata abs video to build them up more. 110% recommend this video❤️
Just did one of your other booty and abs workouts yesterday, and during so much of it, I had to tell myself, "You've given birth naturally three times, silently. You CAN keep holding your leg up for 20 more seconds!" I have to put myself in labor mode to get through your workouts. If that doesn't say something about the intensity, I don't know what does. 😅

This was the first time in all the years I've done home workouts that I saw a fitness-influencer struggle through her own workout and I need to tell you a HUGE thank you. I often feel demotivated by smiling and not sweating trainers. Seeing you struggle, breathing hard and making breaks shows that you are human and encouraged me even more to finish this workout. I used 3kg dumbbells which I thought might be too light but yep, my arms feel like they've been worked out now! Tried some energy aminos for the first time today whilst I was doing this, I think it def gives me a boost! Prob could have gone heavier! I love your workouts Anna. THANK YOU.
Hello, I have recently started following your videos and love your workouts. I do suggest a quick break between your glute activation from left to right as the the burn is so intense that you can't focus on the other leg because you are in so much pain. So I think a quick stretch before working the other leg??
