I'm so glad you are using ankle weights hardly anyone does. Its old school but effective. I bought some last year ( I remembered having them as a kid)and dang my legs have muscle nothing else comes close for me for butt and thighs, calves . And it works so quick. I do most of the moves you do plus a few more but you did a couple I'm going to add to my routine too. Thanks Beautiful

It’s a little hard to have to catch the words on the screen in the middle of an intense workout. I think it would be super helpful if you gave more verbal direction when you switched legs. This is honestly one of my favorite fitness channels. The workout are amaizing and simple to undestand, you're honest and complete, and the videos are very clear! The only thing I'd change is the music... I'd put some songs that give you the right energy to continue go till the beep sound. But apart from this, I LOVE IT! Thankss, and keep going making worhouts 🔥

This workout taught me that, even though reps can be a bit boring, if you focus on that mind-to-muscle connection, you can get thru' it. Especially. liked the tip about using a kettle bell to hold on to for the abs section - I'll borrow that! Thanks as ever.

Hi Caroline. Thank you for your free workouts. I had been doing Heather Robinson's 12 week program for about a year. I repeated 3 times as well as doing some of her shorter target ones. I wasn't getting the muscle tone that I had hoped for. I like that you do videos that target certain muscles with slower moves. Now I really like the 40 minute abs and glutes. But it's confusing when your wearing black pants and the notes that pop up to not tell you if we are switching legs. And can be frustrating when you have to rewind and try to figure it out. Thank you
This was TOUGH! I adore ankle weight workouts! I feel it more in my TFL/outer thighs vs glutes; I’m assuming that means I don’t have a good mind muscle connection to my glutes? Really trying to get that booty connection! I’m so glad all these videos remain up for our enjoyment 🙏🏼

Stunning glutes and abs session🤩 during side single leg sets instead of ankle weights I used my strong band to have the resistance. And with donkeys I used 4kg dumbel squeezed between my hamstring and calf. Felt the burn alright👍🤩 core was on fire as well! Thank you Caroline 🤸♀️🤸♂️☘🌱💚
I have a question If you don’t mind..how long time it takes to get very well fit?? I been working out for almost two years, and I see differences on my body, but not a lot, am also a mom of two..
I did this workout with 1 kg ankle weights. 1st part was the hardest & I totally get why you stopped a few times while wearing 2 kg ankle weights. I managed all exercises in this section without pausing, but it didn't come easily. We can talk about the state of my glutes tomorrow. ;-) My plan for tomorrow is to repeat the 1 hr stretch & strength session from last Friday. The weekend is reserved for walks & cycling. :-)

I did too much on one leg 😢had to pause and pretend to make up the best I could haha. Her black tights makes it so hard to see the leg swap

Stunning glutes and abs session🤩 during side single leg sets instead of ankle weights I used my strong band to have the resistance. And with donkeys I used 4kg dumbel squeezed between my hamstring and calf. Felt the burn alright👍🤩 core was on fire as well! Thank you Caroline 🤸♀️🤸♂️☘🌱💚

I did this workout with 1 kg ankle weights. 1st part was the hardest & I totally get why you stopped a few times while wearing 2 kg ankle weights. I managed all exercises in this section without pausing, but it didn't come easily. We can talk about the state of my glutes tomorrow. ;-) My plan for tomorrow is to repeat the 1 hr stretch & strength session from last Friday. The weekend is reserved for walks & cycling. :-)
