    Girlllll the way in which I had to pause this video and reset my mind. I think my inner thighs have just awakened😂. This is exactly what I needed and wanted.thank you for this one. I did a different inner thigh video of yours the other day and was looking for it and I saw this one. This is definitely it. LOVE it. ❤

      Hey Nancy! It’s this one: amzn.to/40AfRJJ (affiliate link). I wholeheartedly recommend it. I’ve had mine for 3.5 years and it’s held up beautifully through heavy use. It stores easily and gives you the closest experience to a studio reformer that you can get in a home model, in my opinion. Thank you so much, I’m so glad that you enjoyed the session!

    So good. Question. So if I’m loading springs and the heavy is on one side for the duration of the workout does that impact the work of the other leg? I try to switch with each separate workout but not during the workout.

      Hey Diane - I have a similar approach. I don’t think it makes much of a difference in a single workout, but I switch it up from workout to workout just in case, and also to ensure even wear on the machine and springs over time. Good question!
