It is the standard 14″ high (36cm) x 93″ long (236cm) x 26.5″ wide (69cm). It is built of one solid piece of Maple wood. I hope it helps 😉
Hi! I love all your videos! I do them so often. Now something weird happened! the voice is separated of the video, so it is weird to hear you but the video goes ahead. And I checked and I don't see the problem in another peoples video... Just you know that is happening! Thank you for amazing videos !
I don’t have the typical color springs and so I had a hard time setting the weight. Do you know the tension for your different colored springs? This was an excellent workout btw, I was looking to change up my routine to focus on inner thigh-so this is a great set of moves to have in my toolbox for sure! Thank you!
oh awesome Christina, so happy to know you found this and liked it! Sorry I've learned to give my spring tensions instead of colors now. For the future, my red spring is a heavy tension, my blue a medium, my yellow an extra light, my green an extra heavy.
Hi Iris, because for the first 15 minutes we are lying down and we lift the hips into bridge, I would tell you it is safe only for the first trimester. As it is advised to not ly on your back for long periods of time after your 1st trimester, you could do the workout in a propped up reclined seated position. But after 15 minutes in the workout the rest is great for any stage of pregnancy. I hope this helps!
