Let me tell you! I've been in physical therapy for 10 months. And my therapist main practice in me is the reformer. So after long consideration my husband decided to spend $3,500.00 in a good stable and smooth strong reformer. We knew that my recovery is thanks to the Pilates with the reformer. This man really shows proper form and basic fundamental factual information with educational insights. So please get your reformer and keep him as your guide. I know what I'm talking about. Remember.! 10 months in physical therapy is completely different than a fun or just exercise approach. This the way to get strong and healthier.
This is the first time I have come across your video....OH MY GOSH, you are exactly what I have been looking for!! Your workout was amazing and only 15-20 minutes!! I love to break up my exercise and do 15-20 minutes first thing in the morning and then another body part (15-20 minutes) later in the day....THAT I can actually stick with - THANK YOU!!!
