Pilates Reformer Workout Legs, Glutes and Core #51

  • This pilates reformer workout focuses on strengthening the legs, glutes, abs and obliques. I am using a pilates box, but if your machine is close to the floor your don't need a box. This workout involves different lunge variations, scooters and holds all which will get your heart rate up, work on balance and tone those legs. I'll also do some planking and side bends working on those obliques to make that core feel nice and tight.

    More good exercises!
    I'm very pleased with Pilates reformer. After giving birth and breastfeeding for a year I noticed that my posture got affected and was kind of hunched. I've been doing Reformer for a while 2-3 times a week with my instructor who is actually a kinesitherapist and my posture got corrected very fast. My flexibility and balance are great and overall body strength. I also like that
    Pilates keeps my muscles tight, toned, lean and still feminine looking plus after doing the exercises I always feel an endorphin release.

      Give it a try! You can always take a break in the middle of the series and I give modifications too!

    Every time I had to do the squat with one leg on the ground part I’d begin dripping sweat 😝 but I made it to the end 💪😊🥇 My legs looked leaner today (the workout was test evening. My way of saying to you - great workout, thank you 🙏

    Amazing workout really ,had to skip some of the planks and make the side bands bit shorter cause of my neck.but I am sweating, thanks

    If I can get my waist smaller from all this I will have the illusion of being so much bigger than I am!!!!! Can’t imagine with someone who is so detailed about there work outs and there own body definition and shape that I won’t achieve the best!

    hello, thank you for this are the exercises we do on the reformer ... with the spring board, the same as rebounding on the rebounder ?

      When you say rebounder, you’re talking about the circular trampoline that’s on the floor right? The reformer jumpboard and rebounder are kind of similar in that it’s low impact cardio, the double leg jumping is similar,but i personally think it feels differently on the muscles.
