  • This 45 minute workout uses only a red spring on your reformer. Alex will take you through a full body workout with just 1 heavy spring. No props needed, enjoy this 45 minute full body workout.

    This is a great workout for ski muscles. The extended leg exercises starting around minute 32 are killer. Can't get through them without taking a break. My goal is to be able to. Thank you!
