So here it goes: Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6 : ✅ Day 7: ✅ Week 1 completed and guys i can do the knee push ups so damn well now. My upper back is looking snatched as well. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10 : ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Week 2 completed. Upper body is in top shape, but arms still need a lot of work, I think I need one month tops. I also incorporated walking and some chloe ting workouts. However, it's all Thanks to this workout that i felt so motivated to even start working out! Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Week 3 completed. Yes, the difference is imminent. I'm actually so happy with my body now. Now I expect my dream arms at week 5!
@@samarahblackie8114 Haven't continued because i reached my goal body at 65KG. I stopped working out and I'm still looking fucking good. I recommend everyone to start doing this video and then incorporate other cardio video workouts and then workout for like 1-2 hours just using videos at home. You will get there. I eat OMAD OR 2-MAD, so one huge meal or 2 huge meals everyday reaching 1200 calories and that keeps me so full.

EMI is the entire reason why I'm getting fit. I love how she keeps you motivated to keep going which makes me continue the exercise rather than give up like I normally do. Her exercise routines are also really convenient for me and I don't feel like I'm doing the wrong type of exercises for my goal. Finished this 20 days challenge yesterday's evening - today my arms are 1.7 cm/0.67 inch (26.4 cm -> 24.7 cm/10.39 inch -> 9.72 inch) slimmer than 20 days ago and visibly toned. I'm sure if someone has more excess of fat then is able to lose more cm/inch but probably get less visible effect of toning. Keep going, guys! It does work!

I just finished doing this workout for 20 days and lost an inch in my left arm and half an inch in my right. I plan to continue doing this workout and maybe do it more than once a day and add some weights. This is just a really great work out for when you don't have much time or you're exhausted after a long day. Put in 10 minutes of hard work and you will see results! Thanks Emi for this great video!
shona lisa I know an inch isn’t a lot but I’ve always struggled with my arms. Other people may lose more or less depending on body type and how intense they go while doing her video. I’m not a fan of using weight equipment at the gym so this was a great alternative. However, for me, this was more about challenging myself to do this for 20 days in a row and prove to myself that I could!

I have been doing this in less than a week together with Emi’s thigh slim quiet workout along with some of my added workouts and following a strict low calorie diet and I literally lost 1.8 lb in less than a week. I still haven’t seen physical progress tho but my weight loss just proves that her workouts really work as long as you do it willingly! Start whenever you’re ready and at your own pace and when you finally do, don’t do it half-ass. Go all the way through. Emi’s workouts are literally so helpful! They take up hardly any time and when I need a boost of confidence in my body I do one and it helps me feel strong and happy. As somebody who loves to workout, i do 2-4 of these workouts every couple of days. @@hannahthebutterfly7223 it’s not going to happen overnight. Consistency is key. Eat healthy and stay consistent with your exercises and you’ll get there at your own pace. I started seeing a noticeable difference after about a month or so. You’ll get there, good luck! ☺️
Puii Tochhawng yeah it’s little daunting but this workout is super easy!! Start small and work your way up until you’re enthusiastic about working out, don’t give up and there’s no shame in taking a break if you need to!

im going to be doing these workouts for a month and i will continue updating you all! Day 1: It was easy but i obviously had some struggles since this is my first time doing these workouts (right now i have very bad fat on my armpits and my boobs are currently falling out of my bra lol).Day 2: The workout definitely felt easier today but I did have some pain in my right shoulder so that did make it harder. I can already see results though and I’m already noticing the fat leave my armpits I also noticed a change in my stomach so I would say this challenge is going good so far! Day 3:The workouts were a little harder today because my arms are sore but alot of fat has left my upper body already and my stomach is tighter now. Day 4: The workout was harder today but i figured out how to correct some of the things i was doing wrong so hopefully that will help out more now. Day 5: today was way easier than all the other days and my back fat has started to go away

I'ved started watching your videos last year were i quarantine for 1 month because of a pandemic start here in Philippines.. And i watch your videos ramdomly and very effective.. From 52 kls. i lost weight to 48 kls.. Then when i able to get back to work.. I gain 2 kilos until now.. So i started again burning fats on my belly and arms..

Saw other people posting their progress so I thought I'd do the same thing Day 1 (FebuIrary 8th): I got through the workout without a whole lot of difficulty. That plank at the end killed me though Day 2: I woke up sore this morning and didn't want to work out, but I got through the routine. It was a lot more difficult than yesterday and I had to take a lot more breaks as well Day 3: I was only about half as sore as I was yesterday which is a good thing. I also didn't have to stop mid-exercise this time, but I still did take longer breaks in between each one. Things aren't becoming easier exactly, but they're becoming more doable Day 4: I skipped working out because I was busy and by the time I got home it was late and I was exhausted. Got a hair cut though and it looks great! Day 5: I really wanted to do the workout twice today since I missed yesterday, but I was really tired. Got through it once and it gave me the spark of energy I needed to keep studying for my midterm tomorrow Day 6: By the time I got home from class I was completely exhausted and didn't do the workout Day 7. Workout completed. Was even more difficult than the first day Day 8. I was really sick and couldn't even really think about getting out of bed, let alone working out Day 9. Did the workout twice to compensate. My arms feel like jelly Day 10. I completed the workout twice again today. I haven't felt the burn this bad since the first couple days. It also feels like my arms are becoming more toned which I'm excited about Day 11. I did the workout once today. I really didn't want to because I was out and by the time I got home it was late. But that was an excuse at best and I'm proud of myself for pushing through it Day 12. Done. I took progress pictures and I can definitely see a difference Day 13. Finished the workout today with a judgemental cat watching me from the edge of my bed Day 14. Done. I can feel my shoulders are more defined Day 15. Done! Day 16. Another day, another workout done! Couldn't do the shoulder taps today though because I hurt my wrist Day 17. I was tired and unmotivated to do this, but I did it! Granted I didn't push myself as much as I have other days Day 18. I was exhausted when I got home from class and had a lot of homework to get done so I didn't work out Day 19. Did this twice today to make up for missing yesterday. Really struggled with the last 3 on the second time through Day 20. I'm finally done! This was a great experience. My arms are far from where I'd like them to be, but this is definite step in the right direction

I began the exercise & on my 14day, my measurements were as follows, I lost 4 inches on my chest, bust size remained same, arms I lost 1/2 inch, waist & hips remained same & butt increased by 1 inch. Daily exercise of only this routine, no strict diet though I eat healthy.
I’m going try this soon 4 times a week, along with my other 30 min work out. . I’ll update this when I begin and update again for my 3 month results 🥱🤞🏽

I just finished doing this workout for 20 days and lost an inch in my left arm and half an inch in my right.
I plan to continue doing this workout and maybe do it more than once a day and add some weights. This is just a really great work out for when you don't have much time or you're exhausted after a long day. Put in 10 minutes of hard work and you will see results!

shona lisa I know an inch isn’t a lot but I’ve always struggled with my arms. Other people may lose more or less depending on body type and how intense they go while doing her video. I’m not a fan of using weight equipment at the gym so this was a great alternative. However, for me, this was more about challenging myself to do this for 20 days in a row and prove to myself that I could!

I have been doing this in less than a week together with Emi’s thigh slim quiet workout along with some of my added workouts and following a strict low calorie diet and I literally lost 1.8 lb in less than a week. I still haven’t seen physical progress tho but my weight loss just proves that her workouts really work as long as you do it willingly! Start whenever you’re ready and at your own pace and when you finally do, don’t do it half-ass. Go all the way through. I love you so much Emi you are a life saver and inspiration to everyone who tries to lose weight!

Emi’s workouts are literally so helpful! They take up hardly any time and when I need a boost of confidence in my body I do one and it helps me feel strong and happy. As somebody who loves to workout, i do 2-4 of these workouts every couple of days. I love how she edits her workouts too, it makes them super easy to follow along with and the fact that she does it too makes me committed to keep going with the workout. @@hannahthebutterfly7223 it’s not going to happen overnight. Consistency is key. Eat healthy and stay consistent with your exercises and you’ll get there at your own pace. I started seeing a noticeable difference after about a month or so. You’ll get there, good luck! ☺️

Day 1: It was easy but i obviously had some struggles since this is my first time doing these workouts (right now i have very bad fat on my armpits and my boobs are currently falling out of my bra lol).Day 2: The workout definitely felt easier today but I did have some pain in my right shoulder so that did make it harder. I can already see results though and I’m already noticing the fat leave my armpits I also noticed a change in my stomach so I would say this challenge is going good so far! Day 3:The workouts were a little harder today because my arms are sore but alot of fat has left my upper body already and my stomach is tighter now. Day 4: The workout was harder today but i figured out how to correct some of the things i was doing wrong so hopefully that will help out more now. Day 5: today was way easier than all the other days and my back fat has started to go away

I'ved started watching your videos last year were i quarantine for 1 month because of a pandemic start here in Philippines.. And i watch your videos ramdomly and very effective.. From 52 kls. i lost weight to 48 kls.. Then when i able to get back to work.. I gain 2 kilos until now.. So i started again burning fats on my belly and arms..

Saw other people posting their progress so I thought I'd do the same thing
Day 1 (FebuIrary 8th): I got through the workout without a whole lot of difficulty. That plank at the end killed me though
Day 2: I woke up sore this morning and didn't want to work out, but I got through the routine. It was a lot more difficult than yesterday and I had to take a lot more breaks as well
Day 3: I was only about half as sore as I was yesterday which is a good thing. I also didn't have to stop mid-exercise this time, but I still did take longer breaks in between each one. Things aren't becoming easier exactly, but they're becoming more doable
Day 4: I skipped working out because I was busy and by the time I got home it was late and I was exhausted. Got a hair cut though and it looks great!
Day 5: I really wanted to do the workout twice today since I missed yesterday, but I was really tired. Got through it once and it gave me the spark of energy I needed to keep studying for my midterm tomorrow
Day 6: By the time I got home from class I was completely exhausted and didn't do the workout
Day 7. Workout completed. Was even more difficult than the first day
Day 8. I was really sick and couldn't even really think about getting out of bed, let alone working out
Day 9. Did the workout twice to compensate. My arms feel like jelly
Day 10. I completed the workout twice again today. I haven't felt the burn this bad since the first couple days. It also feels like my arms are becoming more toned which I'm excited about
Day 11. I did the workout once today. I really didn't want to because I was out and by the time I got home it was late. But that was an excuse at best and I'm proud of myself for pushing through it
Day 12. Done. I took progress pictures and I can definitely see a difference
Day 13. Finished the workout today with a judgemental cat watching me from the edge of my bed
Day 14. Done. I can feel my shoulders are more defined

Day 16. Another day, another workout done! Couldn't do the shoulder taps today though because I hurt my wrist
Day 17. I was tired and unmotivated to do this, but I did it! Granted I didn't push myself as much as I have other days
Day 18. I was exhausted when I got home from class and had a lot of homework to get done so I didn't work out
Day 19. Did this twice today to make up for missing yesterday. Really struggled with the last 3 on the second time through
Day 20. I'm finally done! This was a great experience. My arms are far from where I'd like them to be, but this is definite step in the right direction

This is the 7th day of workout I'm not craving for the results immediately but I should get used to doing exercises for happy mood
I began the exercise & on my 14day, my measurements were as follows, I lost 4 inches on my chest, bust size remained same, arms I lost 1/2 inch, waist & hips remained same & butt increased by 1 inch. Daily exercise of only this routine, no strict diet though I eat healthy.
