Gonna update! day 1- honstly feel a little lightheaded, heard a lot of cracking and some pain and discomfort! helped me try to fix my shrimp posture day 2- lot less cracking and discomfort, my back and neck felt thankful to me all day, felt a lot less pain throughout the day and honestly feel a lot more tightened up lol day 3- almost none cracking, literally no more discomfort, my jaw is a little more defined and i felt good all day spent it with no pain day 4- GUYS THIS IS LITERALLY A LIFE CHANGER MY BACK AND NECK DONT EVEN HURT THAT BAD ANYMORE AND I CAN STAND STTAUGHT WITHOUT PAIN LETS GOOO. My jaw and side profile look so much more defined and visible and my chin is a lil reduced. day 5- my upper back + neck are slimmer there is less fat jiggling out of tight shirts sorry for not updating. we had bad thunderstorms and we were left without electricity and a roof.. alot of patching up to do
