I really don't like working on my arms because I have weak wrists (it's very painful with pushups/planks mostly) so I'm really glad for a standing one and I will definitely use this video in my workout from now on, thank you so much for this!
@@wwaterlilyy it did help to get them stronger, to get rid of the fat I'm not sure, I guess you have to do it longer for that but I have an injury on my shoulder so I had to quit it after two weeks (not because of the exercises tho) hope I can do it soon again :)
I just finished week one(7 days of exercise) of the arms workout, each time I feel like they would fall off but honestly it got easier the last two days. First day: my form was off for about 3 exercises, took longer breaks at the end managed to finish the workout. Day two: slightly better form than day one. Day three: I decided to listen carefully to her notes on the form of each exercise I got better at the last one and this time actually I felt the burn 🔥with wing fly. Day four: I had a long day and no motivation to do anything so I skipped it. Day five: I actually felt more motivated to try to make the max out of the exercise I sweated and I felt the burn and I did not take any extra breaks! Day six: a bit easier than day five. Day seven: I still struggle a bit with wall push ups since I dont feel like I figured the right form yet. For physical changes, it is not anything drastic tbh. However, my arms are less flappy. Day eight: I put this routine as the last exercise for the day and my arms almost fell off, what's tricky about some days it felt too easy and other days it feels like hell torched in your armpits. Disclaimer: I am on a 1200 calorie diet, with 3 liters of water and other exercises as well.
It totally totally totally worked, its a little more than 2 weeks now that I have been doing this, and I can see my arms toning. Now I am planning to do this every day in the morning and an intense burn in the evening from tomorrow, emi you are just amazing

Going to do it twice a day for one month! Before: 27cm in both arms. (10.6 inches) Updates below! Day 1: Done. Tired but not that hard. Day 2: Done. Arms are sore from yesterday, but still managed to finish it. Day 3: Done. Today was the first day that I did two times in a row. The previous days I splitted it into morning and night. Definitely prefer doing it all at once so that I don’t have to suffer twice 😂. Nothing changed yet. Day 4: Done. Exercises are getting easier. My arms aren’t as sore as the first day. Definitely feeling more strength in my arms and little (just a little bit) toned Day 5: Done. I don’t know why I struggled today but still finished it! Day 6: Done. I'm adding weights of 2kg on each arm for the last exercise so that it burns more. Day 7: Done. Still nothing changed yet Day 8: Done. Day 9: Done! Feeling a little bit more stronger now Day 10: Done. Little update, my arms are now 26.5cm. I´m going to keep doing this. THIS WORKSS! Day 11: Done! Day 12: Done! I love Emi's workouts! She always makes me motivated to continue. Summer is near and I want to feel confident to show my arms. I'll do this workout for a week (At first) I hope I'll see a progress! Hi Emi! I am so thankful to have found your channel. Your workout videos are easy to follow and very effective, best part is no equipment needed. I usually choose 2 workout and alternate every day (so it’s 30 minutes per day) it’s been 4 months now I am stronger compared to when I first started. My favourite were planks and thigh burner workout. Thank you for always motivating during the workout. No pain no gain!
I was watching this video and thinking “wow, just move your arms? This is so easy” I just finished the video and my arms are screaming at me. This was way harder than it looks like
I Have been doing it for 6days(2 times). i really feel the burn and i will update after 1Month. EDIT: I lost 2kgs and 2 inches. I was also doing the leg exercises and planks. My diet was normal, Low carbs with2 cheat days.
EMI HOW DID U KNOW? I am terrible at push ups and anything that requires my core muscles (since I have a weak core and painful scoliosis) but damn! I needed that workout! Looking foward to doing these! I always enjoy doing workouts with you to feel stronger again :). My resolution for life is to have strong arms!
Don't worry! Also, if you want to learn how to do push-ups, although I'm not the best yet, start by trying train yourself in doing knee push-ups. When you can't do an exercize, it's A-ok to make it a bit easier. I myself started by doing knee push-ups, and now I can do about four or five push-ups. Another example is that I used to be unable to do side planks, but I taught myself to do them from the knees, and I can do those as well. I believe in you, so if you want to learn how to do them, I know you can!
I also have scoliosis dear. Not a day should pass that we do not workout our upper body, to gain muscle strength that our back needs. God bless our journey.

I'm used to having weights (gym) but whenever my class load gets too overwhelming and I can't go I always come to Emi's channel. I feel like she keeps me generally very in shape and usually is a really big help on toning my stomach area. emi, love your videos because you're so real when you work out. when you whine about how hard the workout is i whine and groan louder with you and then chad encourages us both. love hearing his voice when he's encouraging you (and me) and counting down for the switch/change. i love the routine you've got going in your videos: the list of exercises at the very beginning, the timer, the demos during the breaks, the written of what will come up next... all of these strategies really help someone who lacks persistence and is a beginner. keep it up!! your channel is awesome
This was the first time I've done this one, but I think it would be a great addition to a fitness regimen. Smaller moves can be used by those who are just starting out, and for more of a challenge, simply make the moves larger. If you're already very fit, you could add weights to the exercises and do the push-ups from the floor. I'm definitely bookmarking this video.
Hey guys. Today was my 3rd day of doing this exercise. Originally my arm measurements were 10.5". Will update you guys on the 7th day. Also I'm doing intermittent fasting and some other workouts too Day 4- done Day 5 - it was my birthday and cheat day so didn't do it😅 Day 6 - I had so many online classes so I got exhausted and couldn't do it . You won't really bulk without using weights Also a high calorie and protein intake leads to bulking up. But any bodyweight exercise actually helps you slim down ;^)
Kegne kenkai my arms are naturally very thin..but I’ve seen SOME parts that have expanded leading my arms to be bigger..if I do this workout.will my arms slim down, or get muscles? I don’t want my arms to really have muscles, I just want them to be slimmer..

Day 1: I didn't expect I would be able to finish this workout. Haven't done it the next day since I can't move my arms lol (my day2 is the next next day) Day 2: My arms still feel sore but I did this anyway since I'm so sick of my big arms :( thankfully I finished it again XD Day 3: tbh, I feel so unmotivated today since someone made fun of me but I chose to finish this workout. I'm not Emi but you can try her HIIT videos and also the other arm workout. They are really effective for your whole arm area. My problem area was my arms last year and it's not a problem anymore after Emi's workouts
There seems to be the misconception that you can decide where you lose weight/fat. That isn't true. Your body does that more or less randomly. Arm exercises could also just make you lose bellyful or slim your thighs. A workout only strengthens the muscles in a certain area that can make it less wobbly.

Hi guys if you guys wonder whether emi's video is helping or not. here i am to tell you that is does work. the most important key to do is to keep working and dont leave it half way. Ive been dieting for 2 weeks. i drink milk in the morning, eat normal at lunch and drink some kind of nutrition drink like melilea or herbalife at night (i also drink coffe at work and had some snacks sometimea) and do this video once in a day along with 2 other emi's wrk out video and ive been losing 3 kg in 2 weeks. this video does help me to tone my arm and also other video is work out if you wonder, im doing this video, emi's begginer work out video the one she did with her mom and her abs video on bed. and sometimes i add collar bone workout too.
and also once i feel that i dont struggle with one work out, i try to increase the time and also the intensity. because your body will get used to the usual work out and the workout doesnt work anymore. so once you feel that the work out becomes easy, you shoild increase ot or look for a harder workout

I just finished week one(7 days of exercise) of the arms workout, each time I feel like they would fall off but honestly it got easier the last two days.
First day: my form was off for about 3 exercises, took longer breaks at the end managed to finish the workout.
Day two: slightly better form than day one.
Day three: I decided to listen carefully to her notes on the form of each exercise I got better at the last one and this time actually I felt the burn 🔥with wing fly.
Day four: I had a long day and no motivation to do anything so I skipped it.
Day five: I actually felt more motivated to try to make the max out of the exercise I sweated and I felt the burn and I did not take any extra breaks!
Day six: a bit easier than day five.
Day seven: I still struggle a bit with wall push ups since I dont feel like I figured the right form yet.
For physical changes, it is not anything drastic tbh. However, my arms are less flappy.
Day eight: I put this routine as the last exercise for the day and my arms almost fell off, what's tricky about some days it felt too easy and other days it feels like hell torched in your armpits.
Disclaimer: I am on a 1200 calorie diet, with 3 liters of water and other exercises as well.
It totally totally totally worked, its a little more than 2 weeks now that I have been doing this, and I can see my arms toning. Now I am planning to do this every day in the morning and an intense burn in the evening from tomorrow, emi you are just amazing

Actually after I lost weight I struggled with my arms so I tried bunch of work out but hell no it didn’t work until I found this vid I kept doing this for one month every day and dammmmmhhh I got models arm so don’t gave up and keep doing this and don’t forget to do more then this you cannnnnn dooooo ittt trust me +guys plz like this comment so others can see it

Day 2: Done. Arms are sore from yesterday, but still managed to finish it.
Day 3: Done. Today was the first day that I did two times in a row. The previous days I splitted it into morning and night. Definitely prefer doing it all at once so that I don’t have to suffer twice 😂. Nothing changed yet.
Day 4: Done. Exercises are getting easier. My arms aren’t as sore as the first day. Definitely feeling more strength in my arms and little (just a little bit) toned
Day 5: Done. I don’t know why I struggled today but still finished it!
Day 6: Done. I'm adding weights of 2kg on each arm for the last exercise so that it burns more.
Day 7: Done. Still nothing changed yet
Day 8: Done.
Day 9: Done! Feeling a little bit more stronger now
Day 10: Done. Little update, my arms are now 26.5cm. I´m going to keep doing this. THIS WORKSS!

Hi Emi! I am so thankful to have found your channel. Your workout videos are easy to follow and very effective, best part is no equipment needed. I usually choose 2 workout and alternate every day (so it’s 30 minutes per day) it’s been 4 months now I am stronger compared to when I first started. My favourite were planks and thigh burner workout. Thank you for always motivating during the workout. No pain no gain!
I was watching this video and thinking “wow, just move your arms? This is so easy” I just finished the video and my arms are screaming at me. This was way harder than it looks like

I am terrible at push ups and anything that requires my core muscles (since I have a weak core and painful scoliosis) but damn! I needed that workout! Looking foward to doing these! I always enjoy doing workouts with you to feel stronger again :).

Don't worry! Also, if you want to learn how to do push-ups, although I'm not the best yet, start by trying train yourself in doing knee push-ups. When you can't do an exercize, it's A-ok to make it a bit easier. I myself started by doing knee push-ups, and now I can do about four or five push-ups. Another example is that I used to be unable to do side planks, but I taught myself to do them from the knees, and I can do those as well. I believe in you, so if you want to learn how to do them, I know you can!
I also have scoliosis dear. Not a day should pass that we do not workout our upper body, to gain muscle strength that our back needs. God bless our journey.

I'm used to having weights (gym) but whenever my class load gets too overwhelming and I can't go I always come to Emi's channel. I feel like she keeps me generally very in shape and usually is a really big help on toning my stomach area. This was the first time I've done this one, but I think it would be a great addition to a fitness regimen. Smaller moves can be used by those who are just starting out, and for more of a challenge, simply make the moves larger. If you're already very fit, you could add weights to the exercises and do the push-ups from the floor. I'm definitely bookmarking this video.

You won't really bulk without using weights
Also a high calorie and protein intake leads to bulking up. But any bodyweight exercise actually helps you slim down ;^)

Day 1: I didn't expect I would be able to finish this workout. Haven't done it the next day since I can't move my arms lol (my day2 is the next next day)
Day 2: My arms still feel sore but I did this anyway since I'm so sick of my big arms :( thankfully I finished it again XD
Day 3: tbh, I feel so unmotivated today since someone made fun of me but I chose to finish this workout. I am so occupied about what they've been said about me so I didn't realize that I already finished it lol
Day 4: My body doesn't feel the sore anymore. I can't exactly see any changes but everything takes time. Someday I will be very thankful to this video and to myself 😊

I'm not Emi but you can try her HIIT videos and also the other arm workout. They are really effective for your whole arm area. My problem area was my arms last year and it's not a problem anymore after Emi's workouts

There seems to be the misconception that you can decide where you lose weight/fat. That isn't true. Your body does that more or less randomly. Arm exercises could also just make you lose bellyful or slim your thighs.
A workout only strengthens the muscles in a certain area that can make it less wobbly.

Hi guys if you guys wonder whether emi's video is helping or not. here i am to tell you that is does work. the most important key to do is to keep working and dont leave it half way.
Ive been dieting for 2 weeks. i drink milk in the morning, eat normal at lunch and drink some kind of nutrition drink like melilea or herbalife at night (i also drink coffe at work and had some snacks sometimea) and do this video once in a day along with 2 other emi's wrk out video and ive been losing 3 kg in 2 weeks. this video does help me to tone my arm and also other video is work out if you wonder, im doing this video, emi's begginer work out video the one she did with her mom and her abs video on bed. and sometimes i add collar bone workout too.
and also once i feel that i dont struggle with one work out, i try to increase the time and also the intensity. because your body will get used to the usual work out and the workout doesnt work anymore. so once you feel that the work out becomes easy, you shoild increase ot or look for a harder workout
I added weights with this workout and it's so good! Really hard to find an arm workout that isn't just push ups!

I actually did you 30 minute arm workout yesterday and now I saw this and suddenly I realize I suffer a lot lol. But thank you so much for this video. I really need this because I need to lose my armfats because I will be celebrating my debut soon. 💕

@@lame1356 kind of but although I did this like 45 days (stopped updating at one point) I haven't noticed a big change. overall, my arms are a lot stronger now so I can do harder exercises that I was never able to do before. and I noticed my arms are slightly thinner now but sooo slightly. so it didn't give me magic results but im happy I did

Day1 ✅ I did that till the end without stopping :)) I feel the burn but it's not as intense as I thought it will be
Day2 ✅the same as yesterday but it was a bit easier today i think maybe I'll do it again hmm
✅I DID IT GUYS with the small pause BUT IT DOESN'T COUNT CUZ I DID IT TWICE OK
Day3 ✅ it was definitely easier than the past two days and idk what to say more
Day4✅yesterday I said it was easier
AND TODAY IT WAS EXTREMELLY EASY I SWEAR it seem like it was only 3minutes
I don't think I'll do it twice today cuz now I'm going to do emi's standing hiit workout wish me luck🤞

Emi Wong hi so I been working out my arms it’s been 4 weeks but I see no result I mean I can feel the burn but if I do all in week can I see result or still los fat arm and can u do a double chin workout
