This video is a #tutorial for anyone who wants to step up their #autodetailing game by learning how to properly clean the dirtiest and most overlooked part of the vehicle:
    THE ENGINE BAY.
There was a minor coolant hose “explosion” that has been fixed but now we have to clean up the mess.
There are other methods you can use but I found this to be the most effective and quickest. This is the same process I use to clean engine bays in my day-to-day services.

Very good bro! What trim shine do you prefer to use?

In this particular detail I’m using “Non-Silicon Dressing” by 3D Car Care.
I recommend using a water based trim shine. This is because it doesn’t leave a slick/gross finish to the touch.
On engine bays in particular you want to bring some shine back and have it soak into the finish. If you apply a silicon-based dressing, it will just cook in the engine bay if you don’t remove the excess product. Can cause unnecessary smoking/smells.
