Here's the rule on page 59. Torpedo Firing Angle: The torpedo firing angle is the angle at which the torpedo will (hopefully) strike its target. This angle is established the moment the torpedo is fired and must correspond to one of the eight possible orientations shown on an Angle DRM card. If the firing angle is orthogonal (i.e., exactly 0o, 90o, 180o, or 270o to the firing U-boat), the orientation is the same; otherwise the angle is 45o relative to the U-boat, pointed towards the target. I think we're going to add a graphic for clarification and post it on GMT's Wolfpack page.
Great job on the videos by the way you got everything correct one little clarification on your first video when a torpedo miss and there is a cargo ship in line adjacent even if it's not on the board, place it and resolve the attack you basically need to 10 to hit.

Change your angle correctly front and back right and left are on the exact lines 90° anything other than that is either 45 to 3 front or rear
