Very nice and boxing, if you have any questions while you're learning, feel free to reach out to me, I would be happy to help. I hope you enjoy the game!
Thanks for unboxing, I've skipped this one - topic does look interesting but somehow I still can't convince myself to play as u-boat commander, somehow it's much easier to play as one of the "good guys" in the Pacific. Plus, I really like my dice combat resolution 😁
@@WiseGuyHistory I might still change my mind, but the game will need to be really convincing. On the otber hand, I recently got Skies Above Britain that uses a similar system, so maybe trying this one will convince me😁
My issue with this game is very unfair to the game itself but I feel I have to mention it. It’s that silent hunter 3 exists (more specifically with the grey wolves and one Alex edition mods) and renders most of the mechanics in this game as feeling like those of an inferior arcade game. Silent Hunter three is one of the most one of the most immersive games ever made the Way you make torpedoes solutions in that game is by actually calculating the trajectories of your ship in comparison to your targets course the way they actually did at the time so you have a stopwatch so you can time movements and calculate their speed. The Game also let you go to all the different theaters of the second world war u boats went to so you can go to the Atlantic, Mediterranean, the Black Sea, and the Pacific. It also has a wider range of uboats and torpedoes represented.
Congrats to designer Mike B., another game like Tank Duel that he put his heart and soul into.
Love the artwork on this game! Looking forward to seeing your play through!
@nathanlandrum8629 yeah I'm setting it up now, it's very dark, grim, and immersive...
@@WiseGuyHistory Soo when your vid.. will be ready? 🙂
Thanks for the shout out.
I'm glad you like my aesthetics :D
Oh cool, I didn't realise you had a channel! I'll link in the description now!
You should do some more videos about your work, it'd be great to see your insight into how you do this!
@@WiseGuyHistory I'm trying to make some gameplay video since the last video I made (whenever it was) and can't find time for that :D
Received mine today!
Awesome! Enjoy!

It's going to be tight if you sleeve your cards like I do. I wont get my copy until the New Year likely
You may have to modify the cardboard insert to give you a bit of room.

Yeah I was having similar thoughts when comparing this to Silent War, my main thinking was 'but here, I'm the bad guy...'

I'm always quietly pleased when I get sunk playing 'The Hunted'... Well done Royal Navy!! 🙂
@@Jackdaw5 Classic win-win 😁 Kind of makes me curious to pick up Raiders of the Deep - you play as "not so bad guys"....
Haha, i like consideration around the degrees of 'badness'...
