As a mother this really hits a nerve for me, to imagine your child being snatched away from you, not being able to feed or comfort them is truly heartbreaking. I have been vegan for a couple of weeks and will never touch meat or dairy again. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner 😔

Rhino Prime I get B12 from fortified foods , some plant milks and a yeast spread we have here in Aus/NZ called Marmite or Vegemite. Or just take 1 spray. We can get every single Amino acid as long as your eating a basic range, a lot of veggies are rich in Calcium as well as soy based products and Creatine isn’t an essential nutrient and is really only seeked out by those that are bodybuilding and want more than the body naturally produces.

Just watched this while holding the hand of my 6 month old son sleeping in his crib beside me - I'm a single mother and all we have is each other. I can't bear to imagine life without him, or the thought of someone hurting him, but that is what the reality would be if we happened to be cows, and the more I think about it, the more it destroys my soul

3 years ago, my wife got pregnant with our first child - and the first time I felt him kick is when I flipped from Vegetarian to Vegan, thinking how we are all beings, and by eating dairy we promote and accept baby cows been taken away from their mothers + all the other thousand horrible reasons and exactly like you said what if we were cows... We humans are the real animals, we can be so disgusting as beings it's sad

I am a new Vegan and a Cyclist and Soldier based in Ripon. I cycle past Farms on a weekly basis, and sometimes now i want to stop and ask the Farmers so many questions, this video opened my eyes, i was a Vegetarian until last Friday, thank you to you Joey and Ed I've gone Vegan, i hope the World does. Keep doing what you are doing brothers.
Me and my family have been vegan for the past 7 months, and our 6 year old son has recently started saying that he misses "regular cheese" and that he wants to eat some . We've had conversations with him about what happens in the dairy industry and with him being so young, it just doesn't register as a reality. We've been going back and forth with wanting to show him certain footage so that he can understand the realness of what happens because people want to consume dairy. Ed's video was perfect. This hit him hard, and it made us sad to see how sad he was once he understood, but I'm glad he got it. Afterward he said "Daddy I just want to go to all the dairy farms and save all the cows."

I'm surrounded by 3 dairy farms, one of them especially you hear the farm workers screaming and swearing at the cows at 5am, when I'm out walking the dog, the noise is so clear as the sound travels over the fields

Can someone please explain to me why we’re having to convince people that this is wrong?
Money - the animal industries spent millions convincing people to turn a blind eye to this stuff, and fooling us to think it's necessary to eat it.
And also the addictive properties of cheese and milk - saturated fat is addictive, not to mention the naturally occurring opiate like compounds called casomorphins in dairy. (which is why people lash out smokers or drug addicts when you tell it's wrong to eat it).
Because people like to live in ignorance. Because living in ignorance is a justification and gives them an easy out so that they don't have to face themselves or the ugly truth they try to avoid.

2 years on and off vegetarian, drifting between half arsed veggie who has the odd meaty cheeky day and now Vegan 7 days after watching Earthlings and Land Of Hope and Glory - being vegan it’s just getting easier and easier.
I never let the pain and suffering drift far from my mind and it’s really quite easy.
If watching those heinous acts of sadism inflicted on the most gentle, defenseless creatures on earth didn't make you damn angry, then you need to wonder if you might fall into the 1% of psychopaths who were seen participating in that. We must accept that evil incarnate walk amongst us and concentrate on the other 99% of the population who are not psychopaths and are reachable. Dairy and all it entails is a blight upon humanity and inexcusable cruelty.

I hope so.... I'm working a second job at a supermarket atm to save up to pursue activism and at least 95% percent of specific chilled products are still dairy unfortunately 😣 it's changing but very slowly. The UK definitely has the lead with Veganism....
I can remember the first time I met a cow, my parents and my inexperienced farmer uncle told me to not go near them because cows were dangerous and aggressive.(I was 16 at the time)
5 years later after going vegan, I went to a sanctuary to meet another Cow, and the more experienced handler told me ( in response to my anxiety)that quite the opposite was true, and that cows really only get agressive if you mess with their babies.
It's interesting how many lies about animals you have to unlearn to humanize these creatures.

I watched a video a few days ago. I think it was joey at a sanctuary, A cow had been used for 11 years for practicing how to insert a fist. This is haunting me. It has truly broken my heart that they did this to her. Thank god she is safe now.

It doesn’t matter how much I see this, how much I know this is common practice, it never gets easier, each animal I see tortured or slaughtered breaks a piece of my heart.
When someone asks why I don’t just eat my vegan food and mind my own business. This is why? Because every minute every second someone is being hurt, and if I don’t stand for them then what good am I.

Cows are such sweet creatures. I remember about a year ago standing by a field with a group of cows in, and they just stood watching, listening, and eating the grass. When I walked a fair distance away I could see they could still hear me talking, and it was not very loud either. Very sensitive and beautiful beings. If you have ever looked directly in the eyes of an animal like that you can tell they are the same us. An intelligent, feeling, living being who are made up of the same energy as us. Not only are we performing violent acts against them, but we are doing the same to ourselves. That is the truth.
I’m so glad to be vegan this is why I’m doing it for the animals.
How can anyone continue supporting dairy after watching that video, like, do you really want to be the cause of so much suffering when there are easy alternatives readily available? People are actually monsters I swear.

3 months ago went Vegan thanks to Animal rights activist like Joey and Ed. I've never had meat, fish, chicken or eggs since birth. Now my entire family and I are going vegan. Best decision ever!!! Now we love a more kindly life 💗🐄
@Ribeye Demon my parents were strict vegetarian before I was born. They had adopted Sanatan Dharma in their lives many years before they even conceived me. My 83 year old father hasn't had any animal flesh for over 47 years, he's the oldest of siblings and he doesn't look his age. In many Dharmic 'religions' eating flesh of any animal is prohibited is one of their "commandments"

This breaks my heart. I show and tell my friends (non vegans) these videos and posts. They ask me why do I watch these and my response is.. It makes me more determined and passionate about helping these animals and to teach more people about what's happening in these industries, they build my drive to do what's right.

I showed this to my mum: she googled a recipe for vegan Parmesan cheese and has switched to soy milk like the rest of the family have already. She has finally stopped eating dairy. So proud of her.

For the beatings they usually use poly pipe, a thick plastic piece water pipe. They think it's fine because it isn't hard enough to actually cause serious injury to the animals, but from sword fighting with the stuff as a child I know it can still give you pretty solid bruises
The reality of the cruelty in the dairy industry is something vegetarians need to wake up to!!!! Hard to look at video but needs to be shared widely because it is heartbreaking and someone has to help these gentle creatures. We really are monsters to them.

Going vegan was the best f*cking thing I ever did. My only regret is not going vegan sooner, but I didn't know. I wish I was aware of what I know now when I was a kid. But the industry hides everything from you, and you can see why. And btw, I am at the best health and fitness level I have ever been in, since going WFPB vegan. Thanks for what you do Joey.

How in a world are we able to do that to another being? Even if it was a non sentient being all those practices would still be disgusting... just from the point of view that we as humans were able to conceive the idea of enslaving a being, raping them and taking their baby to drink their milk is absolutely twisted and disgusting. I feel so disgusted, I can't see anyone eat a piece of cheese or meat without feeling absolutely nauseated in my stomach.
On top of all this is the suffering those animals, those inocent animals, are going through every fucking minute that we are breathing. And people are eating them... eating their suffering... It's so revolting, I WANT this to end! :'(

As a mother I can't understand other women and mothers out there who are not vegan yet, every time I see this it breaks my heart into a million pieces, I can't even imagine how horrible it is to see your child being dragged, slapped and mistreated like this. Vegan for life and I'm sure the dairy industry will be the first one to go down, can't wait for it to happen. Let's fight together.
