- I've played both of the previous Daniel Mullins games, Pony Island & The Hex, but I hear Inscryption is considered the cream-of-the-crop content so far. I just can't wait to see what twisted evil spin has been incorporated into this card-battle like game. I've heard all these games take place within the same universe, so I'll be keeping an eye out for any story/lore connections I can find. I'm SUPER excited for this blind playthrough, and I hope you'll come along with me for the ride.
I really hope you have an awesome time, and if you do, it would be amazing if you'd consider subscribing.
Thanks,
Benjamight Игры
Benjamight sleeping on the cockroach, and multiple strike cards.
"I can't sacrifice Bone cards for blood" Intense Facepalm lol
lol - don't worry, I understand now. ;-)
When I saw that thumbnail I was very excited you came across that secret. The Glitched Card is actually is purely random to encounter having a very small chance to appear every "Getting New Cards" event.
The Glitched Card may be a Pony Island reference but it also def relates to the lore of Inscryption too.
Also you may have noticed a bunch of 1s and 0s appear when you grabbed the Glitched Card. The description, when translated (from unicode basic latin to its corresponding glyph), is "deepbeneath", Whatever that means who knows 😉
Sadly there is no known secret from naming death cards specific names but your reasoning made a lot of sense.
"Grimora" was the name the Cabin Dude mentioned that one time of being a worthy opponent. I would also like to point out that the Green Goo also mentioned a name last ep "Magnificus" and said a few things about that name.
Can't wait for next ep or the one after whenever you reach the cabin again
Thank you Palintir, appreciate the heads up about the card names... that's a bummer, REALLY thought there would be something like that in there somewhere. I'm very excited to play more Inscryption - that's on my docket tonight, and I'm pumped! Totally going for the camera! I mean win...lol. (Hopefully the same thing). ;-)
1:01:20 The Daus is one of my favorite rare cards. You should give it a try.
At 35:30 , that spot on the map is more than likely only deathcards and special cards that you can add to your deck! Definitely keep an eye out for those :D
Oh nice, I like the sound of that, thanks for the tip.
You were a little confused during the prospector fight with the Corpse Maggots. When the Prospector killed your Stunted Wolf (12:13), your Corpse Maggots immediately replaced the Stunted Wolf before the Gold Nugget could go down. You missed the replacement and thought that you'd already had them down and that he couldn't kill them. The sigil on the Corpse Eater card is defined as "causes a card to be automatically played in the place of the first of the player's cards to perish by combat."
Ah, the Vertebrae card. Long Elk isn't the only rare card to have "undocumented" special features ...
Nice job with the Angler
Oh, that makes sense, I totally missed that. The vertebrae card really threw me off too, but in a fun unexpected way.
17:10 nice use of beehive!
Thanks.
You're slowly getting better and better, the only thing you haven't quite got a grasp of yet is how to truly break the game with certain combinations and events. You also value high cost cards way too highly (they are all pretty bad all things considered and just way too big of an investment most of the time)
20:09 Bifurcated totem would've been so op. I also wonder if you ever realize just how good the squirrel totem is
24:45 Not a second time. AHHHHH!! xD
On a nice side note unrelated to the game: This video appeared at the bottom of the playlist like it should be instead of at the top like the previous parts ^^
Thanks Aro - I think I (finally) get the hang of a lot of what you mentioned here in the next video. Hopefully you see big improvements in my playstyle. :-)
@@BenjamightGaming You mean in part 8 or part 9?
Regardless of which one, I'm looking forward to see you get better and better and hopefully get to beat your mysterious captor.
You should try upgrading a ringworm or long elk at a campfire if you haven't already.
And keep doing the painting's puzzles, maybe there's different rewards.
what happens with the long elk :O?
Combining the cockroach's unkillable sigil with the corpse eater sigil of the maggots allows for a card that's effectively always on the board, no matter what. it's an incredibly broken combo if you can match the two
Oh man, you're right, that would be awesome! If I get an opportunity again, I'll totally give that a try.
I just got it... they're free-bees
hey man! just commenting on this latest vid of yours. because i just found your channel and im currently watching your half life alyx videos! love the content man! great quality! im surprised that you dont get that many views! u deserve way more!
Thank you Justin, I really appreciate that - so glad you found the channel. I'm having loads of fun here, and I figure if I keep doing that, I'll eventually get there... my long term goal is to do this full time, but I gotta put in the work first. :-)
@@BenjamightGaming you’ll make it if you keep going man! Stay strong!🔥
I've actually never seen the static card in my game before ( played the game twice ) . I had no idea that was a thing . Still finding out cool stuff after all this time .
I love it when I hear comments like this. Typically it's because I do something very... unwise... but when it's actual cool game features, it makes me feel good. ;-)
the cockroach is my favorite card and it keeps getting skipped lol. I wonder if you didn't realize it was different from the infinite sacrifices. Also totems are usually pretty useful
Yeah, I get a pretty sweet Totem setup in the next episode.
It pains me to see you skip the multiple hit totems and cards!! Those can be incredibly useful to quickly end rounds. I’m sure you’ve probably beaten the cabin by now though, good luck!
Thanks Intricaterayspace, appreciate that.
