I honestly don’t even know how to swim with my head up. Could you teach how? I sink every time I try that so I can only swim with my face in the water.
could you please give tips on how to glide and swim breaststroke with head ABOVE water - I can't do it and really want to learn it. Everytime I try I either sink or I float so I can't keep head above. I have tried to contract back muscles and push hip forward but it doesn't help.
When you are moving your arms make sure that you are pushing yourself forward but also a balanced amount out of the water so that you will not sink. If you only push yourself forwards with your arms then you will begin to sink. It may be hard at first but keep on trying.
Can you pls make a video on, how to turn the head to breathe, while swimming front crawl, without losing balance. Thank you! Your videos are quite useful.
Can you explain more about head up breaststroke and the best angle for your body? My back, hips, neck and shoulders hurt everytime I do the breaststroke.
Breaststroke is the stroke most likely to hurt your back if you don't do it well. Focus on having a good body position, that is, be as horizontal as possible by keeping your head low, lifting it up only slightly to breath.
Thank you for this! I didn’t know that your chin should be in the water.. I’ve always wondered how people did so any laps without getting tired , vs me getting tired in one lap. This is gonna help me with my lifeguard training course in a fes days Thank u just subscribed
Lol I do head up but chin up breast stroke very fun and threaputic...I build muscle and lost weight plus I have syringomyelia and this excercise is not harmful or painful to my spinal cord. I've loved the water forever...hey Thanks

extend your hand during freestyle pull and Rotate your body by 90 degree then only go for air. It will be much easier then.
