  • We all want 6-pack abs, but if our core isn't strong and we aren't training this internal muscle many people don't mention, then a 6-pack can be nearly pointless. Learn how to activate and strengthen this muscle I talk about in this video.

    block therapy has made a huge difference in my diaphragm strength and breath. can I request a session on upper cross and lower cross syndromes? It's easy to see how fascia would lock in these postures, and then there's a mix of strengthening some areas while stretching others. Would love a sequence for these!!

      Ty!! And the lower cross syndrome can go into both anterior and posterior tilt, and upper cross is all tied in to. Looking forward to these. Thanks Quinn!!

    This is profound! I’ve been a life health and fitness coach for 23 years and I’m 58 the things that I’m learning are absolutely incredible. I am in very good health and I’m so pleased with the changes in my body since I found block therapy.

    My brother is obese and on oxygen. He is currently loosing weight and trying to get healthier. I've had him to 2 different Lung Dr's. Only one had said what I believe is true- because of his obesity and unhealthy lifestyle, his main problem is he is not inflating and using his lower lungs. He shallow breathes. However, that same Dr, instead of showing him/us how to fix it, told him he needed to be on oxygen and c-pap. I think he needs to relearn how to breathe and do exactly what you are talking about in this video. Am I making a correct assumption?

      Yes, I would have him follow this video to teach him how to access his diaphragm muscle properly. This alone will have massive benefits. The next step would be to brace the core and breathe diaphragmatically. Breathing is also a powerful way to detoxify, so by shallow breathing, you're not detoxifying to your potential. Have him follow other videos on my channel where I show many other positions!
